I waited for my smoothie bowl for 45 minutes before leaving with it incomplete. They do not have their system down to move these out quick enough. I would recommend you not selecting this establishment if you are remotely in a hurry or believe this to be “fast” food. Two people behind me left without their things bc they couldn’t wait any longer. I also have a large frozen chunk of açaí in my bowl not blended.

No added refined sugars, unlike many other açaí and smoothie places. Everything is made fresh, so expect to wait especially if they are busy. Worth it for fresh and healthy ingredients!

This is such a cute spot with great offerings! My personal favorite is the grilled chicken wrap. Absolutely delicious and so filling. Karla is a wonderful owner who goes out of her way to make sure each customer is happy. She’s open to hearing the types of things that the community loves to consume! So important and invaluable to have that kind of flexibility. I highly recommend stopping by to try something on the menu. I can’t wait to go back.
I absolutely love The Blend. It is my go-to for an açaí bowl. They use organic ingredients so it leaves you full & energized, rather than bloated and crashing from sugar an hour later. I highly recommend the OG and the Decadent. You can’t go wrong with their smoothies either!

If you’re looking for a healthy spot to refuel after the gym or during a girl’s day out, look no further than The Blend. Conveniently located in the heart of Green Hills, The Blend offers a fresh and tasty array of blended drinks, with options to add protein, as well as delicious wraps. Despite the busy atmosphere, the friendly staff made sure to greet us promptly and let us know they’d be right with us.
The space is impeccably clean, and the welcoming ambiance makes the short wait fly by. I ordered the Breakfast Wrap, and I have to say, it was hands down the best wrap I’ve ever had (see picture). My friend went with the “OG” bowl, added protein, and absolutely loved it.
Just a heads-up: it can get pretty busy, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. But trust me, it’s worth it!
10/10—highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. And when you go, be sure to tell them Virtue sent you!

Sad because I really love the smoothies here, I ordered the sunrise scrambler wrap for a change and it wasn’t at all as advertised when I got it. (Advertisement says scrambled eggs, sausage, spinach, cheese and Pico de gallo) Mine came with chopped up hard boiled eggs, brown guacamole (I think?) a few pieces of spinach, a slice of tomato, cheese and some very strong seasoning not sure what it is. Very disappointed especially with how much the wrap costs.
