This is the worst restaurant my wife and I have ever experienced in or out of the airport. We ordered our drinks right away after a wait of 10 minutes. Then we ordered the food thinking that the drinks were on the way. The food came but no drinks. Finally after we had finished the food, the drinks came (after about 30 minutes). My Long Island was terrible. I did not even finish it which is unusual for me. We had to ask the waiter for the check since we spent so much time at the restaurant waiting for the food and drink that the time to board our flight was beginning. Do not go here. You will be disappointed.

Oh my goodness, after I sat down I read the reviews which prepped me for what I was getting myself into. We ordered the potato skins and they came out hot, but looked and tasted like they had been reheated all day. Very dry!!

Terrible experience. The food was awful, completely unimaginative, and horribly prepared. The poke bowl was weird, mostly full of chips and like a tablespoon of actual ingredients. It's hard to believe that it is supposed to be prepared this way. The place is severely understaffed so the service was also bad, but not really the fault of the bartender, since she had to cover the entire restaurant by herself. I wish I thought to read reviews before coming here, I've never thought to check reviews for airport restaurants, but from now on, I will.

What Would Naomi Do

I came with my daughter after a long flight and not one person helped us. I was told Erin would help me but Erin told me someone else was going to help me so clearly they didn’t want to help me at all. Looking around I’m the ONLY person of color besides one woman and she’s with a Caucasian man so I’m sure they helped them with no problem. I have a 4 year old that wanted tenders and fries. I’m so offended and upset that in 2025 people can be so nasty and rude. Why work in hospitality if you don’t want to help everyone despite the color of their skin?

Worst food ever, should have sent it back.
Burgers very dry and buns were burnt, top and bottom .
Sweet potato fries were burnt and unless you like that sort of thing were inedible .
Service was slow.
Water was good.

Have to agree with other not great reviews in terms of customer acknowledgement. Just sat for 10 minutes at a pretty empty bar and nobody noticed me. Did give me enough time to look up reviews of the taco place directly across. Walked over and was greeted within 30 seconds. Really nice bartender. Go to New Heights!!

Yikes. This is bad. Cameron should learn some basic concepts like acknowledging people at the bar, eye contact, and remembering that everyone that sits here at his bar, pays his bills. Smile, be appreciative, and aware of time constraints at the airport. 20 min to even be acknowledged at the bar.

Ordered the chicken strips. Someone literally just dropped 5 crappy frozen strips in a bowl, heated them up a little, and served them. $16 WASTED!
