I didn't want to leave the review until they made me so mad. I ordered my food it came in cold then I got something else I didn't even order. I asked the lady I said it wasn't what I ordered she said your right I'm sorry they messed your order up I'm getting to get you an other one started I said no thank you because I already waited an hour. I asked for my check she charged me for something I didn't even order. I asked her she did sorry, but you didn't want us to cook you a new one. Yes because I don't have time to sit there and wait. I'm definitely not going there again waste of time and money.

One of the best restaurants in the area. Affordable food prices and really good cheesecake ? they really do like up to the name. The atmosphere is really nice. Can be crowded at times especially during Sunday brunch. Parking can be tough due to location. If you are going with a party later then 5 I recommend you call to set a reservation or to see what the wait times can be.

I spoke w/a manager named Miranda about my party ordering a gluten free meal appropriately and asking for it gluten free and everyone at the table heard them and the waiter repeat it back. If you know you screwed up own it don’t lie. The waiter advised he didn’t hear gluten free until gluten free dessert was ordered upon which then half the gluten pasta had been ate and they were advised their pasta was not gluten free! If it’s too loud in there to hear when the restaurant is 3/4ths empty then you all need to make sure the menu items are clear or your waiters/waitresses can hear appropriately. You can’t pop an allergy pill or epi pen for gluten contamination you have to suffer greatly through it while it runs its course.Dietary restrictions: DON’T EAT HERE IF YOU ARE TRULY GLUTEN INTOLERANT OR HAVE CELIAC DISEASE! If you choose to just a heads up for future, Miranda the manager advised after our fact that the gluten free pasta is spiral any other shape you’re eating gluten!

I don’t usually leave reviews but my experience at this locations calls for one. First off, my sister and I went into the restaurant and approached the host stand where two hosts were standing and one of them said “can you move to the side?” with no other context.. and the other host was much nicer and let us know that the wait would be about 45 min (confused as more than half of the restaurant was empty and there were plenty of un bussed tables). We get a text an hour later and we finally get a table. We sit down and order appetizers and drinks right away (I ordered a mojito and stuffed mushrooms) and our server said she’d put those in and water was on the way. Our waitress brings out our appetizer and she still hasn’t brought us water or my mojito. She said she was on her way once again with water and it didn’t come until I was almost done with my entree.. oh.. the mojito also did not come until I was signing the bill!! I got the carbonara and it was terrible (bland, cold and over cooked pasta). The carbonara used to be delicious years ago and now it’s not even a carbonara sauce… it’s literally a watered down pre made Alfredo sauce with zero flavor. For the price… it was insanity. I will not be retuning back and this location should be embarrassed with the pasta dish they served. Never in my life have I regretted paying for a meal that bad ever before. The management is horrible. Now I know why the restaurant was nearly empty…

I just wanted to pick up a bite. Giant case of cheesecakes next to the register.Order and then had to wait ten minutes. Seems like that would have been a 1 minute process. At Starbucks they reach in, grab your order and your done. It's not like the staff was busy. They seemed to be lollygagging.Point is, it's slow. If your in a hurry its not their game. Also, while signing bill there was a line for tip. Problem is there was no way to know what kind of service I would getI bet that they would be quick and efficient. But I was wrong. But I had already tipped.Next time I will wait until I get my order before I tip.

Well I've wanted to go here my whole life it was on my bucket list and I was beyond excited. When I finally went I was impressed by the food but the staff was much much different... The waitress we had was rude and rushed us the whole time. When I asked for suggestions she had an attitude. I probably won't go back due to the service
