I was really excited to try this place (Nashville location) spent over $100 for 21 cupcakes, just to have tried two of them- dry! Not sure if they are overcooked, not sure if they are even fresh. And so now I have to bring them into the office tomorrow for a Bday celebration, somewhat embarrassed.

I see from reading reviews that my concern (day old or more cupcakes ) is a common complaint. I've had these cupcakes fresh so I know how they are supposed to be, and this past time I got old dry cupcakes except the Sweet Potato Cupcake. Very disappointing, I felt cheated.
Parking: Germantown is an Historic Victorian neighborhood with narrow streets. Most street parking is free but not all, and be extra careful after dark and on weekends. I recommend Ride share services if you are coming from a hotel downtown. Few to none of the businesses in this area have their own parking or lots.

I ordered the praline cake for Thanksgiving and the mini wedding and red velvet cupcakes. I was very disappointed with the cake. The praline icing was crumbling, hard and did not stick to the cake. The cake was dry and unflavored. The mini cupcakes were okay but the cake gets a thumbs down 👎🏽

I was in town for the holidays visiting my family and my cousin told me about this amazing Cupcake Place near by. When I tell you…she was not lying!!!! The cupcakes were so moist and tasted amazing. Even 2 days later the cupcakes were still just as moist as the first day(we bought a good amount) lol. The best is you had flavors that changed based off the month along with some originals. The next time I am in town I will definitely be coming back for more.

There was a mixup with our order, which indeed may have been on our part via cup/cake options being lost in translation between the website and what was directly communicated by the vendor. From a customer service perspective, an acknowledgement of that mixup, in the form of some expressed empathy, or regret for any inconvenience, disappointment it may have cuased, (some/any concern) would have gone a long way. Though none came.
Another mixup/error was also realized, with the product, on the vendors part. And again, no expression/acknowledgement of regret of inconvenience or disappointment which may be expereinced over the error (on their part), simply a question of, "...do you want to wait for them to fix it"?. At that point, it became clear, customer service was not as warm and tasty as the treats, and our partronage (or lack there of moving forward) would not be missed.
Wednesday got my shipped order as I’ve been craving since we came to Nashville Labor Day of last year! The wait is over! There was a little mix up on only ONE of the flavors sent & TCC fixed it straightaway… today at my door were SIX more of wat I ordered !!!! This is why Ive been a big fan since 2009! Ive given up looking for a bakery in DFW like this because nothing compares to you ?. Y’all gotta feel the sprinkle of joy yourself!

The cupcakes were delicious, but the sweet potato cupcakes got rave reviews! Delivery was easy, the delivery service communicated with me by text and arrived on time. Excellent products and delivery!

It's everything they said it was and then some! Melt in your mouth. We had the sweet potato, red velvet, chocolate and carmel. So ?
You can feel the love in store and in cupcakes!!! (Be aware- they are extra SWEET (maybe a 1/2 cup too much sugar sweet)
