I ordered and paid for the mini cupcakes three days in advance, but they turned out extremely dry and hard. Unfortunately, no one—including my two-year-old—was able to enjoy them.
I recently placed an order for delivery and gave the exact delivery address, who the delivery was for and where within the building to deliver the order. I also set a delivery time. Close to the delivery time I received a call that was automated saying there was trouble delivering my order and then disconnected. I attempted to call the number back but it wasn't a reachable number. I then a text stating my order was delivered about 11:33 AM. Fast forward to me speaking with the person the surprise delivery was for at 1:53 PM...she didn't have anything and neither did the school office which is where the instructions said to deliver the order. They begin searching the school and finally found it sitting on the back side of the school, which would be a different street address beside the back porch in dirt. This would have been from delivery until she located them. Because it was a surprise, she would not have known to be expecting them. I called Cupcake collection and spoke with the manager Drew the very next day (last Friday) she stated that she would look into It and give me a call on Monday. But her reply to me was that they use door dash and uber eats and they is a language barrier. I was a bit confused because I did everything on the cupcake collection website and never spoke to anyone. At this point I've spent $60 to patronize your business only to have you contract with people that are not capable of completing a transaction and then you don't do anything. I'm very disappointed! 😞

Most of the cupcakes are so tasty and moist, especially the sweet potato and carrots cake. The lemon berry was just alright. The cake was nice but neither was lemony or very berry or a combination of the two. Great spot! Staff were patient and answered all questions!
