This is a tough review because the cupcakes themselves are absolutely amazing. The service, however was very cold and made the experience awkward. The young lady that checked us out had a very unwelcoming attitude and made it feel like we were annoying her by purchasing items. I asked a few questions to which I again got irritated responses to as if I should have known the information for whatever reason. If the front staff were better, it would be a 5 star review hands down! Insanely moist and delicious cupcakes!

I just wanted to take a minute to say that Drew and the staff at Lenox Village were all so kind and accommodating to a tired mom who didn’t realize what she was even asking for when it came to a smash cake lol. Drew went completely out of her way to make sure it was perfect. I feel terrible for how much trouble she went through but the cake was so cute, and DELICIOUS. My son loved it. I can’t thank you enough for your professionalism and wonderful customer service. You’ve truly gained a lifelong and loyal customer.

Absolutely delicious! I have to eat GF and omg! I've never had so many options for GF cupcakes! Usually, it's just one or two flavors.. I think the sweet lady behind the counter listed 6 or 7 lol! I tried the chocolate & the strawberry cheesecake and WOW. Both were so delicious!!! I'm only knocking one star off because it was a tiny bit dry, but the frosting sure made up for it! Would definitely come back!!

If you haven't been in before - the GF cupcakes are frozen, so you will have to wait a little before you can enjoy them, but it's worth it!! I'm so glad they opened a location in Lenox Village!

It is a beautiful store front with delicious treats! The owner and others who work there are kind and helpful! I really enjoyed the sweet potato cupcake and strawberry cupcake! ...and they were gluten-free!

Was looking for something special for my dad’s birthday party and this was the perfect birthday dessert! I was having difficulty choosing from the many wonderful options and the mini cupcakes made it so easy! Everyone was thrilled! Quality was fantastic, and the ordering and pick up process was simple.
Will definitely be ordering for events again.
