It is a beautiful store front with delicious treats! The owner and others who work there are kind and helpful! I really enjoyed the sweet potato cupcake and strawberry cupcake! ...and they were gluten-free!

Was looking for something special for my dad’s birthday party and this was the perfect birthday dessert! I was having difficulty choosing from the many wonderful options and the mini cupcakes made it so easy! Everyone was thrilled! Quality was fantastic, and the ordering and pick up process was simple.
Will definitely be ordering for events again.

There's a reason they've won the Crown as the BEST cupcake in Nashville for consecutive years in a row - hint: it's because they're DELICOUS!! I have not met a Cupcake Collection cupcake that I didn't like and that Sweet Potato - OMGoodness, has to be the best thing this side of Heaven. Our family of four each has a favorite, my husband loves the strawberry lemonade, our daughter the red velvet, and our son - all of them! Do yourself a favor and try them out, so happy they're in Lenox Village, and hope they're here to stay!!

These cupcakes are my favorite! The sweet potato is the best in the entire world! The strawberry is my second favorite. The gentleman working this new location was very friendly and engaging. Unfortunately I don’t live far away. See you again soon!

Tiniest cupcake, mostly icing. Won't go back. Didn't even taste especially fresh or flavorful. We had carrot cake. The cookies at Chick-fil-A are much better!

So happy The Cupcake Collection opened a location in South Nashville. I had a great experience with the vegan cupcakes and love that they provide this option. As another reviewer said, the cupcakes are stored in the refrigerator; it doesn’t bother me this way, but leaving the cupcake out for a few minutes before eating it helps. The staff is also very kind!
