Very friendly people. They didn't have a couple of the ones I wanted when I got there but, I did find a few others I wanted to try. Overall, they do a great job with the selection that they carry on a day to day basis. I'll go back every chance I get!

On national cupcake day, I grabbed the deal for the premade mix and icing and it made a perfectly moist cake not too fluffy not to dense, just right, me and my family loved it. It had its own original flavor and we were able to control how much icing we used. We will definitely be buying more and I’m hoping for more flavors to be available soon for baking at home. I’m so glad they ship nationwide.

Fantastic cupcakes. But customer service seems to have taken a major hit. There was a lovely young woman that I met last time I was in. She greeted me and actually came up to the counter to be friendly and helpful. Most recently the employees made me feel like I was bothering them. So disappointing. What’s going on?

I really enjoy the cupcakes here especially with me being a vegan customer that often has a hard time finding sweets that I enjoy. The last time I came, I asked for specific cupcakes but the young lady behind the counter informed me that those flavors were unavailable. I still purchased two others to try, and I enjoyed them.

This time around when I came they had no vegan cupcakes to offer. This is so disappointing, and I may not return because they had the huge sign out front that says they offer vegan options but when I walked in, there weren't any and there was no written notification to inform me of this before asking and being told there weren't any vegan options available. The young lady was not very pleasant when she spoke to me. The young man didn't appear to be aware until the young lady mentioned it without a smile, an apology or even standing up from her seat to greet me while sitting behind the counter. I have even ordered products for pickup from here, but I doubt I will do that again after today's experience.

Mandy with Offline - These cupcakes are always good!! Good seasonal flavors and solid classic flavors they always have. So I know I’ll always find something I like. And the staff are super friendly and helpful!

This is a tough review because the cupcakes themselves are absolutely amazing. The service, however was very cold and made the experience awkward. The young lady that checked us out had a very unwelcoming attitude and made it feel like we were annoying her by purchasing items. I asked a few questions to which I again got irritated responses to as if I should have known the information for whatever reason. If the front staff were better, it would be a 5 star review hands down! Insanely moist and delicious cupcakes!

I just wanted to take a minute to say that Drew and the staff at Lenox Village were all so kind and accommodating to a tired mom who didn’t realize what she was even asking for when it came to a smash cake lol. Drew went completely out of her way to make sure it was perfect. I feel terrible for how much trouble she went through but the cake was so cute, and DELICIOUS. My son loved it. I can’t thank you enough for your professionalism and wonderful customer service. You’ve truly gained a lifelong and loyal customer.

Absolutely delicious! I have to eat GF and omg! I've never had so many options for GF cupcakes! Usually, it's just one or two flavors.. I think the sweet lady behind the counter listed 6 or 7 lol! I tried the chocolate & the strawberry cheesecake and WOW. Both were so delicious!!! I'm only knocking one star off because it was a tiny bit dry, but the frosting sure made up for it! Would definitely come back!!

If you haven't been in before - the GF cupcakes are frozen, so you will have to wait a little before you can enjoy them, but it's worth it!! I'm so glad they opened a location in Lenox Village!
