I went out to celebrate a new job, I was very displeased with the service from Gabriella. Not once did she check in on us..My boyfriend ordered 5 things, she only brought out 4. I had to ask several times for different items and she kept forgetting them.OH!!!! and she brought room temperature green tea..... like come on??? I could on.... but its just so many things at this point.Being that the food / drinks took so long to get to us, she did apologize once, but then never came back to take payment, the manager ended up taking the payment, and the manager never asked how the service was. Also, he took 10+ mins to get our credit cards back to us after payment.... I can see why it wasn't busy on a Saturday night. We barely got any contact / communication from our server, making this a very unpleasant place to eat due to service.I will say the food was phenomenal , I had the shrimp pad thai and it was absolutely amazing. Props to the kitchen :) thumbs down to the server/management.**I'll stick with the Uber Eats option from now on.

Whatever we ate was tasty. The server however was extremely rude and not accommodating. Every restaurant we have been to can always do fried rice with no egg. I don’t know what this guys deal was. Everything we asked for, they were either out and didn’t have or they couldn’t do what we wanted.

Had a fabulous time here the other night at Eastern Peak. The service, food, and atmosphere was amazing. My bartender, Chelsea was terrific and made sure I was taken care of the whole time. The manager, Hazel even came by to make sure I was doing okay as well. Will definitely be back. Always great to dine somewhere where you’re appreciated, and you can tell the staff want you to feel at home. Thank you again for a fabulous evening.

Pros: quiet, semi-intimate yet casual vibe. Good service. Lots of menu optionsCons: Portion size, parkingI got the Japanese curry. Sounds delicious, but it was basically a tall wide plate of thick brown broth, 3 small veggie cubes and some upcharged brown rice. Yep, that’s it. I kept swirling my spoon in the sauce hoping like that time as a kid panning for gold that I would find a nugget or two. Nope. I spooned my bowl in 10min, paid my tab and went home to prepare a second meal because I left starving.Completely underwhelmed. I will not be back.

Chelsea was an amazing bartender and hazel the manager came over and took great care of us. She checked on our meals, chatted with us and really cared about how the restaurant was preparing things. And good job changing the happy hour! This is way better and the experience here is 10/10 better than previous visits. Thanks Chelsea and hazel for an amazing experience!

This place is absolutely amazing, we sat at the bar and the bartender was awesome. She was nice and super fast. Food was really good and it was such a nice atmosphere. If it wasn't so far from home for me I'd be there after work most

I only write a review when I have something nice to say. Say Say Say The Carb Rangoon is my go to treat when I dine at The Eastern Peak. I am a huge fan of The Orange Chicken & Beef Teriyaki along with their Fried Rice & Crab Rangoon.I really enjoyed my dining experience in this chic modern restaurant full of coolness, beautiful people, great food & very dedicated team that took great care of me.Nashville is experiencing a historic transformation in all sectors of its economy. But the biggest transformation without a doubt here in Nashville is The Culinary Scene. The Eastern Peak is playing a very important role in expanding Nashville’s Asian Cuisine options. When I am feeling adventurous & in search of a great Thai Experience. The Eastern Peak will always be at the top of my to dine spots. I love fresh sophisticated hip establishments that welcome you with open arms by creating atmospheres that feel ultra modern & clutter free.I actually love their bags for example. Less is more & simple is sexy. Their menu is fresh, light but filling & very sexy.

Always such a good cozy environment and GREAT food and service, second time coming back! We sat at the bar this time and despite icy weather, Chelsea greeted us with a smile and was just the best, so attentive and kind. Can’t wait to come back again :)
