wonderful!
It’s absolutely beautiful. Too bad the expensive drinks and service didn’t deliver. Paid almost $50 for two cocktails and then they were nasty.
The draft beer is room temperature. Unpleasant after spending $10 for one beer
$16.50 for a mixed drink is on the steep side.
The setting is hard to beat. Servers are fast and friendly. Plenty of seating, though it gets crowded. Tables are often full even when the bar is closed. Prices are as expected for Gaylord. One would expect a broader selection of quality spirits, but alas mostly mid-tier selections. The cocktails are well made and balanced. They used to have a nightly musician, sadly there was not one present at my most recent stay.
Jenny was my bartender and she served amazing drinks (best espresso martini OF MY LIFE 😍) along with great conversation! Vibes were off the charts and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during my stay at Gaylord Opryland!!
Food lacks flavor. The rice in the chicken and rice soup was uncooked, and the broth was watery. The Mediterranean salad was served with uncut whole leaves, and flavorless dressing.
The blonde hair manager lady at the falls bar is messed up!!!! She does nothing while the bar is slammed. I was here for a convention for restaurant and bar industry…..the worst
Was waiting for waiter 15 mins nobody shows up

This is a great spot to just hang and listen to music. There's live music here most of the afternoons and evenings. Service was a bit slow but our waitress tried to be as attentive as possible and even went to another bar in the resort to grab a bottle of wine as requested by one of our party.
It was raining when we were there and we actually had some drips but we didn't mind. It is called the falls.
I ordered the Getaway which was supposed to have rum in it. I literally tasted tequila. I switched up and on my next cocktail and asked for vodka. Much better!
There are only a few bar appetizers here like chips and dip, nuts, and chex mix. We tried the chips and they were a large serving and the white dip was really tasty.

My last experience in January wasn’t awesome but my experience last night was amazing. Denise and Jason were amazing! They told me about thr bar snacks. They were friendly. We chatted a little bit. They had a difficult customer At the end of the bar complaining about how much the drink was and gave them a horrible time, and they handled it perfectly. The guy did however, leave his drink, but it was incredibly welcoming environment this time. And I will definitely go back.

Service on Sunday night was pretty good. Some bartenders more friendly than others. Tonight (Tuesday) not as friendly. A bit of an attitude. For $15- $20 a drink be polite. Atmosphere is amazingly beautiful.
