Nothing is ever in stock. Customer service is the worst. Keep your expectations low. Too many people “shopping for customers” but just talking in the aisles and very unfriendly and rude, parking carts in the middle of the aisles. Not helpful at all. Go to Publix instead.

Love the organic produce offerings at WFM and the extensive seafood/butcher shop/cheese selections. Unfortunately many of the shelves are perennially depleted. I suspect some are supply chain issues but also timely ordering is at play also. Sometimes there are long lines to check out with only 2 registers open.

Always stocked with what I need. Friendly staff. Easy parking. They validate. Store is never crowded. Good fresh fish selection! — Ross Senack

Witnessed a white female Whole Foods employee in the meat department with brown hair and dreads at about 1:30PM on 07/19/2020 be extremely rude to one of the Amazon Prime Shoppers, then continue to be rude as the poor girl was walking away. Left a very bad vibe, I will not be back solely to avoid that mean employee.

This store seemed really well stocked to me. Everyone was helpful, and also really kind! Excluding the woman when I came in that completely ignored me answering her question she kept asking the security guard about me to the point I thought what will happen if I just yell it at her? Ha. Then , at the end trying to figure out how to get out of the store (because at this location there are big stickers saying not to go certain ways and things are blocked off- you're supposed to go only certain directions down isles etc.) she still was ignoring/not helping me. She stared right at me as I'm asking her how do I get out, but zero response just shaking her head etc. another woman walked by I didn't even need to ask she just obviously knew I was trying to figure out how to leave and said oh it's ok just go that way -easy peasy. That one woman has issues! There's garage parking, and my phone gets zero signal in the garage. The shared food bars are shut down, but there's some good food prepared foods options. Happy to see the hand sanitizer when I walked into the front.

This Whole Foods is probably one of the largest I have ever been in. It has everything. The location is convenient and super easy to get to, whether you are driving and parking (available in the building in their parking deck) or walking.

Once again a great Whole Foods experience. Nice parking garage close to the place so that was no problem. Everything was clean and well stocked. Got some fresh fish and the guys working that were super friendly and helpful. Great job can't wait for the one closer to me to open.

I needed to stop in for an item I had forgotten when I packed. This is a busy area since there is shopping adjacent to this Whole Foods but there was plenty of spaces in the parking garage (free). This is grocer carries quite a bit of grab and go foods that all looked delicious and of good quality if you are in need for items to have a picnic at nearby Centennial Park. It is even possible to have lunch at this grocery store with a hot and cold food bar, sandwiches, gelato...(I could go on) with plenty of seating to enjoy your purchase.

Stopped here a few years ago for the salad bar, and it was a great salad bar. But the gobstopper was the BBQ beef brisket. Smoky wonder, in an open tray, and you pay by the pound, less than you pay anywhere else by the pound for BBQ brisket. Came back to Nashville this week and went again - - and this salad bar is one of the best you'll find, really. You get your kale, of course, but you can have it raw or steamed or dressed up. The variety at the cold and hot bars is stellar. It is a flippin' great salad bar. And then there is the BBQ brisket. The tray is a big, full tray, of yummy brisket. And you can pick out just the slice that suits you: a bit more lean, or a bit more juicy. You can't do that even in Texas - - and the chance to pick your cut (seriously folks: get some that's more than a little fatty - - fatty brisket is where your bread is buttered, brisketly speaking) makes this place rock. That's the brisket up top left in the piccie of my stellar salad. I'm afraid I had to take away just one tiny star because there is no decent outdoor seating, though.

This is the worst Whole Foods I have ever been to. For instance yesterday, "Carter" was too busy on his phone to help me at the seafood counter. This lack-luster service and the often moldy berries in the produce section are why I'm excited for the new one to open downtown (even though I can walk to the store in Green Hills). Managers, please visit any other Whole Foods and learn what the experience is supposed to be like, after all, we pay a premium.

Just like every other Whole Foods I've been to. Prices are similar if not the same to all the Boston stores. The guy monitoring the self checkout last night was extremely rude when it came time to have to manually enter some of the foods items. He was very rude to my friend and I about the process (this was the first time we have been to a Whole Foods that has a self checkout area) which is why I am not giving it 5 stars.

What is with these Whole Foods delivery shoppers with the silver lines bags who run anyone over on their path in the Whole Foods. They are in a hurry and on a mission, at any cost. Every single time I go here, without fail, I am almost run over and pushed aside by these people. Sprouts is way more enjoyable. This Whole Foods is chaotic.

Excellent selection and the shelves are always full. There's an especially adorable cashier with glasses named Corbin. Always go to her when I see her there. Corbin definitely deserves a raise.

This was my first time shopping at Whole Foods since Amazon purchased Whole Foods. Great experience. Pricing was a little cheaper than what I pay at my normal grocery store.

So this place is my happy place! It makes me smile whenever I go to Whole Foods! I love tasting their gelato, ripe cherries, and sorbet. So many choices in fresh cooked food. Everywhere I went in this store I saw edible eye candy. Sweetness overload!
