My friend went here for her bachelorette/her grooms bachelor party and it was so fun. The staff was extremely talented and pleasant and entertaining. Tania, Katie and Michael and I believe David? She said Michael is training. But honestly, the drivers the MC’s were all great. It was just super fun great experience. Granted we did not get explained anything along the way of the tour. It wasn’t like a tourist tour, but it was very fun. They stopped to let us go to the bathroom and order proper cocktails. It was a great experience,super fun.

We had a large group for a formal event and did the tractor as a pregame. Apparently somebody was caught with a shooter so they booted ALL of us off the bus. I was buying drinks, tipping, and having a great time before then. An honestly insane policy that’s a borderline scam.
They did a PSA at the beginning of the trip saying they would confiscate outside booze, but never said anything about booting us. Really rude and punished a lot of people who did nothing wrong.

Very disappointing customer service! Our group had this outing planned for our friend’s 50th birthday, unfortunately due to some uber mishaps, three of our group members were 3 minutes late and there was absolutely NO understanding by Becky from Nashville Tractor. I get you have to have parameters for departure times but a 5 minute grace period would go a long way and be more pleasing to your customers. Becky’s customer service and communication was disgraceful! Will never book again and certainly not recommend this tour to future Nashville go-ers.

My biggest annoyance before even arriving were the shady mystery fees at booking beyond the tax. $45 yet it is somehow $55. Then, the 20% surcharge on drinks where there is zero explanation for the fees beyond sales tax. Just shady Then let’s have no regular water as an option but only $3 plus 20% bottled water ?. Just lame Every Nashville bar on Broadway even has regular FREE water

Katie, Tanya, and David were the best! We had a 40th and a 50th birthday and they made it feel special and fun! Drinks were easy and quick, we stopped half way to a bar for bathroom and drinks. Before you get on the tractor they have 3 bars to hang out in and yard games! We played drinking games and saw the whole downtown Nashville area we definitely recommend!!! They also gave us bogo sticks for drinks when we got off!
Tonya and Ellen gave us the BEST experience here while in Nashville! They made our small group feel super live. Love you gals, THANK YOU so much!! Best pre game spot too HIGHLY RECOMMEND while in Nashville

Such a great time on the tractor! Huge shoutout to Tanya for bringing so much fun energy on our tour. We all kept talking about how much fun Tanya was and how we had the best time on the tractor celebrating my moms 50th! Definitely recommend for a fun time!

This was the best thing that we did at Nashville. The guy that lead our tractor - I think his name was John? Was out of this world the best. He lead the party and dancing. Ava was also great.

Your experience relies predominantly on the other people in your group and the MC. We had a great MC and a fun group, so we did enjoy it. I'm knocking stars off because: 1) the "tour" doesn't really show you much. You drive down Broadway, but the rest of the ride is industrial/back roads. 2) they pressure you into arriving early so you'll buy souvenirs or drinks at their bar beforehand. We arrived 15 minutes before the tractor departure time and everyone in our group had already signed the waiver. The staff was extremely rude and kept shouting that they'll leave without us even though it wasn't the start time yet...
