Alex was our waiter, he was wonderful! We were COMPLETELY out of our element going into a place like this but, we weren't treated as such. Kind people all around & amazing food. Will definitely recommend & be back!

Great atmosphere and great food. We were there about 2pm mid week so it wasn't busy at all. We sat at the bar and our order taken very quickly.

Had a good time during our business meeting, the food was excellent. We've had dinner at another State and was great. I was expecting it to be a bit more upscale decor but it was good enough for the occasion. Thanks, M

Our table wasn't ready, and we had to wait a long time for our table. We were there for well over a half an hour before we got seated. I think they could've done something for us because of that excessive weight. The food was good and the service was good.

Came to Nashville for a recruiting conference and had a fantastic dinner here. It was buffet style and the salmon was delicious! Everything was really well made! I had a strawberry lemon drop that the waiter advised me to try.. it was perfect! Definitely recommend!

Been to Palm locations numerous times and this experience was not as good as others. Our server was not attentive and other staff brought our food to the table in three trips. My filet was overcooked and I was served the wrong side dish. The replacements came quickly and were great. Overall is was an okay meal but not was overpriced for the service and food quality. With all our other options in Nashville, we will not return here.

It was Restaurant Week and we ordered from that menu. It was an excellent value and we were pleased with the generous portions. Our server was very pleasant and engaging and even let us sample the onion straws after we inquired about them as we saw them being served but didn't recall seeing them on the menu. They were very good too!

We were very disappointed in the food. My husband's bone in ribeye was very tough and chewy and unedible. My sea bass was so salty it to was inedible. The appetizer, oysters Rockefeller was the best part of meal. The food should be better than this at these prices! We won't be back for some time and we are saddened by this as this was our favorite restaurant.

I love fine dining and have eaten in places around the world. And I have enjoyed many of Nashville’s better restaurants. And this past week, a friend and I went to The Palm restaurant. And to be honest, I thought I’d enjoy some of the best food in the world. That is, until we went to The Palm. The ambience was perfect, the service better than that, and the food was phenomenal. Their menu is broad, their wine menu was broad, and their food was the most succulent, tasty, incredibly prepared and presented I’ve enjoyed in many years. The Palm restaurant in Nashville is a ‘must visit’ stop the next time you’re in the city. If you don’t try it, shame on you.

Nestled in the heart of Nashville, The Palm exudes an air of exclusivity and sophistication, drawing in crowds with its promise of fine dining and upscale ambiance. However, upon closer inspection, this restaurant falls short of its lofty reputation. While The Palm offers a menu boasting a variety of dishes, the quality of the food tends to hover around average, leaving much to be desired considering the steep prices. Diners may find themselves underwhelmed by the lackluster flavors, especially when compared to other culinary offerings in the area. One of the most glaring issues with The Palm is its treatment of patrons who aren't part of the city's elite circles. Staff members have been known to exhibit dismissive or even rude behavior towards guests who aren't deemed "famous" or well-connected. This elitist attitude creates an unwelcoming atmosphere that detracts from the dining experience.Furthermore, there have been reports of minority guests being seated away from the main dining area, seemingly hidden from view. This discriminatory practice is unacceptable and goes against the principles of equality and inclusivity. In summary, while The Palm may have its moments of glamour and allure, its shortcomings in both culinary prowess and treatment of guests warrant caution for potential diners. Unless you're prepared to navigate through an environment where prestige reigns supreme and hospitality takes a backseat, it may be wise to explore other dining options in Nashville.

The Sea Bass Oscar was amazing. The fish was firm on the outside and tender on the inside. The crab stuffing was very tasty, too. The filet was tender and prepared to perfection. They paired well with the garlic mashed potatoes.
