Curated cocktails working with the patron to develop a real visceral experience. And it’s off Broadway which is why it took me so long to find as I don’t do the touristy things. Learned that they’ve been here 15 years crafting true cocktails. Sad it took me so long to find! Sam and Brandy - amazing bartenders. Cocktail creation is stellar and that’s where this place shines - not off the beaten path just for fun, but truly putting thought and science behind creating an EXPERIENCE.So Sam worked with me to find my tastes - sampling products along the way to dial in to ensure I would enjoy his creations. And enjoy I did… spectacular experience! While sad that Fable closed, happy to find this gem. It’s strange to me that there are so many tourist bars around here so not sure who will find this review but if you have a developed palette and care about your drink, go to Patterson House and just enjoy the ride…

Great little speakeasy in Nashville. It's at the corner of the street up the front stairs of an old house. It's very "velvet curtains" vibe. The bartender was fantastic - he reminded me of Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes) on Yellowstone. His drinks were fantastic though. There was a pair of girls beside us who kept returning their drinks, I felt really bad for him cause the drinks we had were incredibly good. This is a great place to share a few drinks to wind down the night.

Patrick was my bartender and he created a cocktail for me to fit my taste preferences and I have to say I was extremely impressed and I’m so happy I came to this establishment today. Definitely a chill vibe inside, not too loud but the staff is all very friendly, I highly recommend this bar especially if you’re alone or with a date. The staff was so friendly and Patrick also went as far to educate me on how he made my cocktail as well as other cocktails I could try that I would be interested in. Patrick definitely made my experience here feel more personable. Thank you!

This is an almost impossible to find place that could be better if some thought was put into it It took us an impossible time to park mainly because there is zero signage even when you come right up to the door. Decor is historic and lovely and bartender was friendly but failed to mention that our “house wines” were 16 per glass. Deviled eggs were bland and nothing special. We had some other food none of it memorable. Total hassle for a big wasted 200$ Skip it

Fun place to try to find, but not as hidden as you might think. Drinks were ok, but the Business Drunk tastes like a dirty shoe...so we don't recommend that one. The others were ok. The place gets really loud inside and it's hard to hear one another from across the table. One and done for us. I hear there's a speakeasy in the basement at the Virgin Hotel; wish we'd tried that one too!

FANTASTIC!!! Ambiance is moody, candle lit and eclectic. It feels like you just stepped back in time to a 1920's speakeasy. The drinks were incredible and so were the donuts. New favorite place in Nashville for a high end cocktail. Will be back for sure!

This place looks lovely but the food and cocktails were underwhelming.First our seat was wet so we had to get a towel. The server was very nice, I chose a business drunk, whiskey cocktail, which had a very elaborate description, but what came out was a bog standard Old Fashioned.Similarly the Nduja Deviled Eggs, sounded like an innovative take on a classic, but came out so bland, it may have just been an egg.Loaded tater tots and beef tartare were just ok.

Great speak easy vibes. Expert bartenders serving unique drinks.

Drinks are a 10...hospitality is a 3. NO interaction with the bartenders. They take your order and deliver them, never checking back if you enjoy them. Robotic drink-slinging without any soul or personality. The experience could be raised so very easily....looking at you managers.
