Food was a basically scam considering it was just plain rice for “rice n peas” and their “jerk chicken” was literally baby rays barbecue sauce on regular chicken. The only thing that was good were the fried plantains. 1 plate and 2 waters was $29. Disappointed to say the least.

We had The Pepper Pott cater our corporate event on 6/25 in Franklin. They were very accommodating, the staff was super helpful, their curry and the chicken are FIRE (soooo good). Everyone’s consensus was that the food was delish! And they spent 15 min talking to us about their culture and the family story as part of the National Caribbean Heritage month. Would recommend 100%, no questions asked!

We used The Pepper Pott to cater a lunch for 40 people on my team. The food was delivered promptly and was still nice and hot. We have folks with a variety of dietary needs and not only were they all accommodated but the food was sublime. I don't have any pictures to share because we all inhaled our food. Everything was delicious, the juices were refreshing, and the lunch was a hit. I can't say enough good things and definitely will be reaching out to them again for our next group order. 10 stars!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while. I'm not gonna say how long it's been but I was looking for a black-owned spot to support while passing through and came across this one. I'm half-Caribbean and have eaten at a lot of Caribbean restaurants from Chicago to New York, Atlanta etc. and I must say this left an impression. I got the salmon and it was perfect. Cabbage seasoned just right and the brother even threw in some extra plantain and a mango tea I believe for no charge. I was at the Nashville airport waiting for a delayed flight not too long ago and was tempted to try and visit but I don't got it like that yet. Soon come. Whenever I am in the area again I will try my best to visit. It was the perfect meal while driving to my new home state and definitely made the long ride more enjoyable.

Hands down--The Pepper Pott is the BEST caterer in Middle Tennessee! The Pepper Pott team catered our wedding, and they treated us like family, not just customers. During the months and weeks leading up to our big day, they demonstrated the highest level of expertise and professionalism. They helped us create a menu that would bridge our Nigerian and African American cultures, and they were responsive every step of the way. All the food is good, and they had delicious options for our vegetarian and vegan family members. It was so hard to narrow down the selections because everything was so good, so we ended up choosing three proteins and five side dishes for our family and friends. The food was FANTASTIC, and the service was EXCELLENT! On the night of, and even days after the event, we received rave reviews for the food and service. I can't thank Isaiah and The Pepper Pott team enough for all they did for us. They are my caterer of choice for every event I will host in the future.

The plate is small bur it pack in a lot of flavor. I really enjoyed the salmon and the Macaroni and cheese. They have me vegetable fried rice instead of rice and peas and it was OK. I was not into the cabbage. It could have used more flavor. Overall, the prices have become more reasonable for the quantity of food. I will be back for the salmon and Mac n cheese! it gets better and better the more I eat it.
Vegetarian options: They were out of the jack fruit before I got there. You could get a vegetable plate with the sides.
