I love this place! It was so fun and I’ve never had an experience like this. I was able to custom make my pancakes and play with food in an adult way! I got the gf and vegan pancake mix with some berries! I also got an iced chai latte. Everything was spectacular!

It was a fun thing to do, I totally appreciate them having vegan options :). It was fun for me and my non vegan family. Updated from previous review on 2025-09-23

I went with two of my local friends on my first trip to Nashville, & I am so glad they brought me to Pfunky Griddle! Actually the best pancakes I have ever had— I tried to ask our waitress if I could buy batter to take home!! It was fun making the pancakes & hashbrowns at the table (I struggled flipping the hashbrowns, but it was 100% user error). Next time I come to Nashville, I’ll definitely be back!!

Decided to try something new and it was a fun lil experience! Having the griddle on the table was definitely unique. The food itself was pretty mediocre and it didn’t quite feel like a good bang for your buck (we got the Joey breakfast). Wasn’t a huge fan of my latte either. But our server, Riley, was very attentive and the rest of the team was warm and inviting which definitely rounded out the morning.

You can cook your food at your table on your own griddle which is built into the table. There is plenty of room , excellent service , outstanding ingredients and a down home feel with a positive laid back atmosphere at this restaurant. The menu has ample offerings and the price is very reasonable. The staff are very kind , courteous and professional and our server (Lauren ) kept my drink full during our visit.
All the ingredients we had with our pancakes that we cooked were excellent , fresh and very well served. Want an egg and bacon samich, no problem , you can cook your eggs how you like them , the bacon as crispy as you want it or not, the toast (white or wheat) all ready for the eatin’. This is really great place with a super nice atmosphere. Walk in and make yourself at home and get full .

Awesome concept for someone looking for something other than traditional breakfast. We loved the idea we could cook it ourselves. Cool little building also. A little on the pricey side considering you basically cook it all yourself.

Cool spot off Broadway but fun for both adults and kids. Something different.
