I ordered something called a Chipotle Slap burger with tots. I really enjoy spicy food. This was warm with a few chunks of jalapeño in the sauce. Man, it was very good (and only costs $14). Not bad for an airport.

The food is nothing like the pharmacy in Nashville. To be honest, I’d take burger king over this place. I’m pretty sure the meet was precooked and reheated, not the same meat as the pharmacy in town, the German potato salad was awful, like they microwaved the potatoes. I’m very very disappointed with this food. It’s actually very disappointing and disgusting.y whole family got electric reactions to the food too, because of how awful the ingredients are.

11 minutes waiting for ketchup, I had to look for it by myself, 19 min waiting for check, (I thought i just received a free meal i swear) after I was done with burger waitress ask if everything was ok... yeah for sure.. everything was ok. Fries were good.. but I'm not coming back. No forks, no knifes.. you can do it better than that my friends..

I recently visited The Pharmacy Burger Parlor with my sister, and I want to share my deeply distressing experience. We arrived before other patrons, yet we were completely ignored while the staff promptly served white customers who arrived after us. Despite our attempts to get service, we were consistently overlooked.
When we decided to leave due to the lack of attention, the staff member remarked, "They’re leaving so those seats are opening." This comment, coupled with the disregard we faced, left us feeling profoundly disrespected and distressed. It was clear that the service we received was influenced by racial bias, and the emotional toll of being treated this way in a public space is something I hope others will understand.
My sister and I are away for a business trip and really wanted a burger as we waited for our flight. This treatment was not rude but hurtful! Will not be eating here next time I’m in the airport!

Unsure why at these outside locations like 5th and Broad, BNA etc they don’t have the stroganoff burger. It’s argubly their best burger and not to be able to order it at these locations is disappointing. Still ove their burgers.

The young lady working Sunday evening at this airport location (glasses, looks to be of Asian/hispanic decent) had a dosgusting attitude. Not only did she decide to take the person’s order who walked in behind me, but when she got to me, she did so with no greeting. Instead, her greeting was “what you havin?”. So I told her “never mind” and walked away. I don’t even get greeted like this at Burger King. Very inappropriate. Instead went to the restaurant called “Kitty Hawk” and spent my money there instead. Listen, I get it, service jobs aren’t always fun… but if you can’t handle it, get out the kitchen, literally!

I ordered my meal from here. I should have read the review. I sat down at one of the empty table and starting eating a snake I had purchase from a different restaurant. A lady walk up to me and said if I’m not a customer I should get up and leave than she need the table for someone else, mind you the were many empty tables around. She continued to ask many questions as to way if I order from am I getting food from another restaurant. I told her I was waiting on my meal I had just ordered. This lady was very rude and have no clue on customer service. When I even asked her name she lied to me lol.
