I recently ate at this restaurant and unfortunately, the food was just meh—nothing special. But the worst part wasn’t the food.
When I asked for the check, my server wasn’t around so I requested it from another staff member. The original bill was around $53, which I paid with my credit card. However, when I received the receipt to sign, the total was $69.42. I asked to see the itemized receipt again and noticed that three additional drinks had been added—drinks I never ordered.
I didn’t want to cause a scene right before my flight, so I simply didn’t leave a tip and left. Just a heads up: if you decide to eat here, double-check your bill carefully.

Food was great! Brandon was very friendly and gave us our food within 5 minutes. Very quick. I’ll definitely be back when I fly through Nashville again.

My boyfriend and I had breakfast here. At first, we were served well. The food took a while, but the most unpleasant thing was finding hair on the cutlery and in the water. We politely informed the lady who served us and asked for the bill. She didn't even apologize. I think it was rude.

Like many places around the country, the airport Pharmacy simply does not compare to the original restaurant. The bun on my burger was so rock hard that the whole burger fell apart when I tried to cut it because I could barely get the knife through, and the fries were just not the same. A burger, fries, and Diet Coke were $29 with tip; I would recommend eating elsewhere as I would’ve enjoyed a fast food burger just as much.

Burgers were awesome..very juicy and fully flavored.

What a crappy experience to say the least. Less than 10 customers in here and we had to wait 20 min for a breakfast sandwich and tots. Well they only gave us 5 tots. She said he will cook, she couldn’t speak English. We had Togo get on our flight and couldn’t wait any longer. I have been coming to the Pharmacy in Nashville for years but I will not be back to the airport Pharmacy.

I ordered a black bean burger and coffee to go, and asked if the German potato salad had bacon and was told it didn't. Ordered and was told the takeout order would be ready in 20 minutes. 35 minutes later.. I had to remind them about the coffee and ran to my gate as boarding had started. On the plane, saw the potato salad does indeed have bacon. Very disappointing service.
