Burgers were alright. The staff were slow, unfriendly, and even a bit hostile. If you’re traveling through BNA do yourself a favor and remember to avoid this place like the plague. I would have asked for a refund if I wasn’t in a time crunch to catch my flight.

I’ve been to the Pharmacy Burger in the past, never had breakfast there yet. This location bares its name; yet I’m not sure it lived up to it’s reputation. The staff was nice, my bloody mary was great, the food was average. And the price. Well, it is an airport.

Bartender great, food excellent. But the server who brought the food out dropped it in front of me, ran to another table, then another, then another, then to the server station and stayed there. So I went over and asked for silverware (I got the potato salad, needed something to eat it with) and yes, asked nicely. She started giving me sh-t for asking. All she had to say was one moment I'll grab that. But no. I was willing to think maybe there was some "tone" to my voice but then she was yelling at the manager and another server. Clearly that's just who she is.

Great food! We were looking for somewhere close to the Opry, and the pharmacy delivered. The drinks were tasty and the burgers, kielbasa, and sides were all great! The service was excellent too, especially on such a busy Saturday night.

Waited under the 'order here' sign for 10 mins with two other people. When a server walked by I asked "Hey do we order here?" VERY nicely and she said "Yeah, you can wait" and then I said "ok where are the menus?" Cause there were no menus in sight and she just kept walking and did not say anything! So we left and will NEVER go there again!

Meh. This must be a franchise or "DBA" Pharmacy location. Fairly inattentive staff. I've had a real Pharmacy burger and this location isn't even close. A McDonalds Quarter Pounder with Cheese has more flavor; not kidding. Burger arrived lukewarm. Must have been under a heat lamp for an hour or so. Tots lukewarm too, undercooked, and below average at best. Thank goodness there's so many other places to choose from here now!

Best burgers in town. We loved it so much we went twice during our stay. The whole vibe is awesome. You won't regret going here.
My veggie burger was undercooked and mushy. Sweet potato fries were great and plentiful, good thing because the burger was just a little past edible.

We met some friends from Houston, that had never been to the Pharmacy. Our food was prepared perfectly. My burger was cooked just like I ask and tasted great. Our server took great care of us.

I don't know why ratings are so low, I think this place is great! The decor is fun. The service was very attentive, polite and around just enough. The burger tasted good. I wouldn't say it's small but the patty isn't on large side. Perfectly reasonable size, just noticed it wasn't one of those huge chunks of meat. The tater tots though, amazing! Get them! Alcohol is served as well.
