For rooftop bars it has a stellar location and views. Having the pool just adds that huge bonus. However, the service wasn't that great as the server and bartender seemed kinda cold and the drinks were okay but overpriced (I'd go to the Patterson House next door). If you keep that in mind and go for the atmosphere and views you'll be pleased.

We paid in cash at the end and I’ve been waiting for it to fall off just to realize the whole amount was just charged. Otherwise I would’ve have a higher score. I tried calling but don’t think they’re open yet.

Nothing beats the Pool Club at the Virgin Hotel! We had an absolutely amazing time at the Virgin Rooftop Pool Club for my bachelorette party last week! We booked a cabana and it was so fun to feel special and celebrated. The vibes were perfect, with an elegant yet fun atmosphere that made us feel like royalty. The views are spectacular, and lounging on the floats in the pool was the highlight of the day. We even lived our best lives with a shot ski, which added a fun touch to our celebration. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to celebrate something!

I was highly disappointed with our experience here...all of the waitresses were highly intoxicated and it was OBVIOUS. I'm all for having a good time, but if it gets to a point where you cannot do your job, then it's a problem. we had to ask several times just for water for the table, which I ended up getting myself from the bar. we ordered drinks and kept receiving margaritas instead of what we actually ordered. they were also out of nearly half the menu. the food were able to order was decent. I just expected more from this restaurant on a rooftop.

Honestly was super excited to come here. Had an issue with reserving our entire party then we weren’t even seated together upon arrival. It took 40 mins to even be greeted and served water. Once we WERE able to place our order it took a solid 40 MORE minutes to receive the “sandwiches” we ordered. We had two different people randomly coming to our table so never really clear who our server even was. Overall just an unfortunately disappointing experience.

Really struggle to give this place 3 stars on anything outside of food and valet. Made reservations a week in advance because they are a stickler about them. Waited over an hour at the bar and eventually ate my food there with my party.Also got rudely stopped by someone asking if I was a hotel guest, letting me know the pool deck was only for hotel guests and if I had reservations I needed to see the hostess. I was clearly just lost and dressed for brunch. It was my birthday and the whole ordeal was off putting. I would never go backThe hostess got the manager to comp me two "margarita shots" after I'd spent $120 on food and alcohol. Not even a full drink LOL. Picture because it was just that hilariousA dive bar at best!

Thursday Night Swim was a very fun first event to attend. The music was upbeat and easy to dance to. The venue was clean and had plenty of towels available. No smoking or vaping allowed. The crab dip was fantastic! Food and drink prices are a little high $12-$20+, but good quality.
Awesome venue. Absolutely gorgeous well-lit private location that is perfect for the EDM events that I have been lucky enough to be apart of :) I love the community that unites here to support and share the love of music. If you’re new to town, or a local this is a place you’re sure to love. As a Nashville native I have no problem expressing the deep appreciation and feelings of gratitude I have for my community and the venues that are apart of it.

I would never recommend you to visit this bar. The service was non-existent. The hot toddy was the worst version of the drink I have ever been served. Robitussin would have tasted better. Literally spent $20 on a drink that was undrinkable. I would recommend any other bar in Nashville.
