The staff was very understanding. We had a great time. They were very attentive. The ambience was good. Noyes level was nice so that my husband and I could talk.
The Beef Wellington was phenomenal and the ribeye reminded us of Bavette's. Amazing ambience, service-our new favorite spot to eat in Nashville!
Very disappointed. We ate at this establishment last month and we were wonderfully shocked how great the food and service was. Finally was able to go back last night and we were really disappointed. My chicken parm's breading was burned- black. I told the waiter and he took it back and brought another one after a10-15 min and it had no breading, just plain chicken breast covered with mozzarella and tomato sauce. Very plain and bland tasting. Just took a few bites. My husbands ribs were also burned on the outside. The fries are not the thin crispy fries. They changed them to the thick fries that weren't that good. The price for a salad seemed to have gone up $14 for a green salad. Will not be back again. Such a shame that they have gone downhill and not worth the price you pay.
Wife and I grabbed dinner at Bricktops before a Ryman show.... first time to dine here. Kept it simple with Cheddar Cheese popovers (excellent) and the 2 burger options which were also really good (plus... hard to find shoestring fries anywhere)! Nice atmosphere... very comfortable and classy but not pretentious. A good crowd, the bar was active and live piano was enjoyable. Service from Dan was great... professional but personal and engaging. We look forward to going back!
Our sojourn to the location downtown did not disappoint .. while we made a reservation with a request for the bar, finding it full we were seated at the piano bar which was also enjoyable .. some the old favorites were classically delivered and some newer upscale options were perfect before the symphony .. plenty of seating options .. healthy bustle and noise level .. complementary parking! ✅ it!
This is one of our favorite restaurants. We had a lovely dinner before a show, service and food were both outstanding. We have also enjoyed a great happy hour during the week at the bar. This is a beautiful restaurant with delicious food!
The best Bricktops location!! Service was superb and still dreaming about the butter crab roll and martini.
The sauce and pasta was a bit salty. Noise level was good not great. I would still recommend this restaurant
We ate at BrickTop twice. The first time was in the West end near our hotel, for lunch. We really enjoyed our selections, and the drinks were priced appropriately. So much so, that we returned to a different BrickTop, in downtown Nashville. Out dinner was excellent! The service was great. The wine list was very nice. Thank you!
Service has always been great! The twice baked potato is fabulous! A must have side. The caesar table side is so much fun, and of course very good. One our fav restaurant, can't go wrong!

Bricktops is one our most visited restaurants when traveling or holding business meetings. My wife and I stopped by the downtown location before going to the symphony. The piano playing softly in the corner, the high ceilings, and impeccable service made this location stand out over the others around town. The ambiance of this location is more modern sophistication where others have a more rustic and casual atmosphere. We split the Lazy Lobster special, the wedge and beet salads, and the "always-have-to-get" deviled eggs with candied bacon. Will definitely be back when visiting the symphony or in that part of town.
Always amazing! Rae is the best and we love sitting at the bar with Marissa and her team! Personalized service and always great food.
We had an early dinner reservation so it was quiet when we got there but it got louder as the place started to fill up. Food was exceptional! Our server was okay but she seemed to have a forced smile and she didn't come to our table as much as the other servers at the tables around us. Free valet was a bonus since we didn't want to find parking farther away. We will definitely eat at Bricktops again but will try the West End location next time.
Excellent atmosphere whether you're at the bar, piano area or in the restaurant. Loved the decor, sophisticated without being too too fancy. Food was amazing, truly, the beef wellington, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This place was wonderful! The portions were ample, delicious and a beautiful presentation. Jeff was entertaining us on the beautiful Steinway piano and nice change after the bombardment of loud country music on Broadway. We will definitely recommend as well as remember Brick Top's -SoBro
