The drag show is AMAZING—very fun and entertaining. However, the food and service were not the best. I told a waitress twice that I wanted a bottomless option, and at one point I asked for more (since they don’t bring refills unless you specifically ask). The waitress was extremely rude, claiming I hadn't requested the bottomless option, even though another waitress knew about it. The place is really cool, but be prepared to constantly call for your refills.

The place smells of a sewer back up… fix it. This is insane to go to a bar and everyone is saying oh it’s just a sewer backup. That’s unacceptable!!! Call a plumber and fix the shit … literally!
Down home hang out place with some really good food. Our bartender was Stephen. He was GREAT. So much so we went back the next day.

Came to the rusty nail for a drag show and had a great time with the music city dolls. However, the service provided by the rusty nail was subpar to say the least. We had seven girls order bottomless mimosas however the wait staff very rarely refilled our glasses or came to check on us. We tried to order food multiple times and the waiting staff said “drinks first and food later”. They never returned to take our food order so we were starving the entire show. Lastly, they over charged us for mimosas and when we went to settle the payment, they kept explaining that we were incorrect regarding the payment. They said we ordered 8 mimosas despite us only ordering 7. They claimed that they served to someone underage who clearly did not drink. They are rude, unwilling to listen and have terrible customer service. I was attending for my bachelorette party and they continued to threaten to involve the authorities and make us feel like criminals. Overall, we were not upset about the money loss but rather the terrible service and rudeness. This one star is for the amazing drag show, the other stars are for the awful service. We will not be returning.

Our group went for the drag show, and that was a lot of fun. However, the service was TERRIBLE!! We purchased 7 bottomless mimosas and we were charged for 8. They insisted that we ordered 8. We also tried to order food when ordering our drinks and we were told that they would take our order in a minute, and didn’t take it until 30 minutes were left in the hour and a half show so at that point there was no point in ordering food. They were so rude and I do not recommend going at all!!

The food is not great here at all. The quality is lacking and everything seems like it's frozen and certainly doesn't match the cost. However the show, the entertainers and the wait staff were all 10/10. Everyone in the building was having a grand time. Will definitely go back but will eat before I go.

I loved coming in to this place for the volleyball and the karaoke but the guy running the karaoke kept acting weird toward me in a subliminal way and I come in one night and he allows everyone to skip me in there songs and told me there was no room for another song then proceeds to perform two more songs in a hateful manner so I cut him off and told him if he had a problem handle it man to man in the parking lot only to coward down. I’ve always came with positive vibes but some people just have a hate in there heart toward others.

Very racist bartenders with very bad attitudes. Plus the place is extremely dirty. Awful drinks bad service and horrible staff. Especially the girl with the odd body and glasses. Horrible attitudes. Save your money and go elsewhere. I've never been treated so horribly at an establishment in my life. I won't even waste my time or energy on the long story on here but save your time going to this hole in the wall.
