What a great find on open table... service was prompt friendly and helpful. Nice drink selection. Filet sushi roll was great. Filet black and blue salad outstanding. The ambience was incredible. Decor was modern and elegant. There was a girl singing who was also very talented. We would definitely cone back here again sometime if back in Nashville.

The restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived for our 6:30 PM reservation on a Friday night. Despite this, I found the service fairly slow; our water glasses were refilled only one time through the course of our whole dinner. The fillet sushi roll was delicious. However, the lobster roll was disappointing; it had way too much sauce that completely disguised the lobster. The Bill seemed really high for the quality of the food and the service.

We went on a Monday and it was quiet. Service was attentive and the food was good. Unfortunately, one of our party's dinner came a solid 10min after everyone else had their food. It was the chicken sandwich and it was done very well. Sort of balanced the experience out.

Our waiter was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable about the restaurant and the area in Nashville. Christmas ambiance on point. Created us a bartender special cocktail. Definitely would go back when visiting Nashville in the future.

We had a great meal and dining experience. Our server Austin was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious, Ahi tuna very fresh and perfectly prepared. Vegetables cooked al dente perfect. My only critic would be the blue cheese olives in my martini were the ones from a jar packed in oil. It made an oil slick on my martini and the blue cheese had no taste.

This was my birthday dinner and I felt like I was pushed to the side. Waitress was inattentive and elsewhere. The host placed us in front of a door which froze me out and lastly, after complaining to a manager she was more worried about if I was gonna pay. I should have left

Food came out missing items and wrong. When it was brought back it was cold. My husband talked to the manager and her response was it was a new menu. Did not care. We will not go back and not recommend.
Went to The Rutledge with another couple for a Wednesday night. Arrived an hour early for our reservation to take advantage of Happy Hour. The host was very friendly and the bartender was very helpful in filling us in on the Fall cocktails - they were delicious! I had checked the website for Happy Hour and it says there is a %25 discount off all cocktails before 6 pm. The bartender however, told us it was only %20. When seated for dinner our server Steve, was extremely friendly and helpful. I had called ahead to check on corkage fees and the lady who I spoke with told me $45 but our friend had also called and someone told him $25. Steve, our waiter told us $40. Other than those issues we all LOVED this restaurant as each of our dinners were fabulous. Between the four of us we ordered the shrimp pasta, salmon, gumbo and the short rib dinners. No complaints at all - food was yummy! Steve helped us navigate "too spicy" etc. We shall be back. Please adjust your website and make sure everyone is on the same page for Happy Hour prices and corkage fees and this will be a slam dunk!
