Augustine provided amazing service, and the meal was absolutely delicious. While the drinks took a bit longer than expected, the overall experience was fantastic.

We had an excellent experience at The Rutledge thanks to our server, Steve. From the start, he asked for our names and remembered them throughout the entire dinner, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming. His food recommendations were spot-on—the lobster mac and cheese, prime rib steak rolls, and skillet cornbread were all outstanding. Steve was attentive without being overbearing and truly elevated our evening. Exceptional service and great hospitality—ask for Steve if you’re dining here!

What a great find on open table... service was prompt friendly and helpful. Nice drink selection. Filet sushi roll was great. Filet black and blue salad outstanding. The ambience was incredible. Decor was modern and elegant. There was a girl singing who was also very talented. We would definitely cone back here again sometime if back in Nashville.

The restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived for our 6:30 PM reservation on a Friday night. Despite this, I found the service fairly slow; our water glasses were refilled only one time through the course of our whole dinner. The fillet sushi roll was delicious. However, the lobster roll was disappointing; it had way too much sauce that completely disguised the lobster. The Bill seemed really high for the quality of the food and the service.
The overall experience was a 10/10 I went for my birthday! The bartender & waitresses were so nice and patient with us, they made my day so special!! The spinach dip was sooo good 10/10, the steak rolls weren’t my favorite but still good 6/10. The atmosphere was such a late night dinner vibe, the music was absolutely great!! lol everything was amazing I’m in aweee

My family and I (party of 8) were here the beginning of October for a family dinner. All was good - the food, the vibes, the drinks. We had a wonderful time.
Our waiter however was not good. My father noticed a few weeks later that the card that was used to pay for everything was charged an extra $100 and he could not figure out why. He looked into it and found out that the waiter charged an extra $100 for a tip after he was already tipped GENEROUSLY. $700 at 20% you do the math. I don’t write reviews but when it comes to people taking advantage of others (especially my father), I will absolutely speak up. We will certainly not be back.

We were in Nashville for a family wedding and ate here. Food was incredible but noticed the place was mostly empty and no dinner rush. Service was good, friendly but slow - my parents decided to pick up the tab for the large group. Gratuity was included because we were a big party, and we thought everything was amazing until we flew home and realized the waiter had added an additional $100 tip to the bill. Be careful if you eat here.

We went on a Monday and it was quiet. Service was attentive and the food was good. Unfortunately, one of our party's dinner came a solid 10min after everyone else had their food. It was the chicken sandwich and it was done very well. Sort of balanced the experience out.

Wow! We had a party of four and we felt like royalty the whole time. Shane was incredible. He made us feel so special. We started with drinks. That’s better, Martini, the old-fashioned, and a strawberry margarita, plus our forth didn’t know what he wanted and Shane worked with him to find that perfect drink. Now the food!! OMG!!
Prime rib rolls are a must. Lobester Mac, prime rib and Brussel sprouts. They made everything fresh and it tasted amazing. We will be back next time we’re in town!! You’re awesome and you was amazing to give you military discount
