I asked if they had fried oysters they brought me oysters on shell. I sent them back they brought them back still not what I wanted but made to pay for something I didn’t want

This place had the nicest people and best food of any airport that we have been to. Teresa was wonderful and loved her job and staff😍

I stopped in for a quick bite last-night (8/23).
I couldn’t help but notice there was a tall young man out back working all by himself. It wasn’t very busy but it looked like the young man was the only one working. I was expecting this to cause my food to not be great. I was pleasantly surprised when my burger came out looking and tasting delicious. 10/10. Best burger I’ve had in years.

Just had a beer at the bar - great, friendly staff, cold beer, knowledgeable about drinks. Under $10 for a beer.

The bar is great. But the 1 star is for the service at the sandwich counter. The two portly gentlemen are genuinely bad at their job. They don’t cut sandwiches in half, they forget orders, the grill is dirty. They have no clue that it’s a cardinal sin to spray a grill with non stick spray. They ought to do jobs they can handle.

We went for a special occasion recently and were really disappointed. They couldn’t find our reservation at first, which totally set the tone. The oyster selection was limited and unimpressive. Be sure to expect long wait times for food, it took forever for ours to arrive. The Brussels sprouts (highly recommended on here) were cold and greasy, and the filet mignon was definitely not cooked to temperature. The crust on the steak totally tasted like they haven’t cleaned the grill in a long while, the exact same unpleasant burnt char flavor that was on the Brussels sprouts. The restaurant itself while in a pretty great location, but was uncomfortably hot. They had portable AC units, but staff would block them with bus carts and stand around them, cutting off airflow to guests. The only redeeming quality was our waiter, who genuinely tried to make the best of a bad situation. Overall, a pretty bad experience.

I used to LOVE this place. What happened?

Our server, Tatiana, was very attentive and friendly. Burger arrived overcooked (well done vs medium) and quinoa salad had way too much oil/dressing. Brisket sandwich was fine, nothing to write home about. Not much sauce/seasoning.

We had a pleasant experience. The server we had was very nice and the food was good. It didn’t feel like I was sitting across from my gate waiting on a delayed plane, it just felt like stopping in somewhere for lunch. I got the Gouda burger (the peppers and onions were amazing). My boyfriend said his pulled pork sandwich was a bit bland, but we have had a lot of good BBQ. Although it was tasty, the mac and cheese was more of a pasta dish than a side you’d expect at a place like this (actual macaroni and orange cheese 😅). I’d definitely go back

Myself and two family members arrived in Gate D area in the early evening for a quick layover to our next flight. Our wait was approximately 5-7 minutes, the waitress was friendly and professional. The cheeseburger and the chicken fried chicken was overcooked and dry! The price is outrageous for the quality of food. I would not recommend this dining establishment to other's. Our flight was delayed and we were then sent to Gate C area. There appeared to be better dining options in the Gate C area

I purchased three to-go sandwiches here. Don’t waste your money. One small slice of turkey on the sandwich, same on all three. $12 each. Again, don’t waste your money.

If I could give them 0 starts I would!!!

-My husband and I were looking for a quick bite close to our gate and were fortunate to find this place. We were not aware that our presence in the establishment was not at all welcome. Our waitress took a bit to get our water and then 10 minutes to come and take our order and then promptly disappeared and never gave us a second glance. We waved her down but were sadly ignored(and she look in out direction many times). Idk if it was our color or what made everyone else look at us differently. We had one hour to eat when we got to the restaurant. 45min later we still had no food and no one to help us.
Instead of enjoying a nice meal before our flight, we were left to eat a less than preferable bacon egg and cheese from a nearby coffee shop.
Very disappointing!

After reading other one star reviews, I have to completely agree. Do not waste your time at this establishment. The level of customer service and food was beyond unacceptable. My husband orders a beer and took so long he went to the store next door to buy one. Comes to the table and still hasn't been brought out. When it was finally brought to the table, it was the wrong one. Me and my son order waters and our food came before we were served our drinks. I had to go to the bar area and ask for them. The food was chincy and overcooked. Was rarely checked on and our drinks were never refilled. Finally, get our check and the waiter took four other cards in addition to ours. I had an inclining with how disorganized the service and meal was that he would ring the wrong card. YUP!! Right amount but wrong card charged. Another personnel had to fix the issue. I expressed my concern with the continued poor service and the quality of the food and was blown off. Stated he was new and normally worked in the back but they were short staffed and had to pull him to work the floor. The managers should have not thrown him out to the floor without ensuring he had adequate support. I have no idea how this place is still in business.

Sat down for dinner at 5. After already placing our orders and waiting 15 minutes, we were then informed they were out of STEAK AND OYSTERS. Literally their main dishes. Poor planning and even poorer service. No drinks were filled and communication was awful. By the way, it is $60 for 12 oysters. Will never return.

One of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. I have a severe gluten allergy and had had 3 restaurants in terminal D turn me down. When I got here I talked who the hostess who immediately grabbed her manager and he went over with me all the options and ways he could accommodate me. He said they do have a shared grill and fryer but he could make any burger or chicken sandwich on a separate pan for me and lettuce wrapped. I sat at the bar and had the most fantastic experience. The bartender, Andrew, provided excellent service and helped me come up with a side I could have as well. Andrew was on top of having my water filled too. After my meal the manager came up to me and made sure that everything was good. It is so hard to find gluten free captioning the airport but this restaurant made options for me. The best part of my whole experience is that I’m severely allergic to gluten and I did not get sick!
