I was given the most amazing Acai bowl by Ra Sun! I truly have never had an acai bowl like it, and don't know if I ever will again. It was truly one of a kind. You can tell there was a lot of love in the bowl and so much intention into creating it. Thanks so much, Ra!

Drinks are usually delicious and really high quality but tell me why I waited 20 minutes for my smoothie despite being the only person there AND there being 3 employees, and it didn’t even wind up tasting right… for the amount that it costs that’s just not acceptable and while this was a semi-regular spot for me I probably won’t be coming back

Ok. Service is average and prices are getting up there for non organic products. Also be careful parking here. Road between building will destroy your car with the random concrete sticking up. Idk why they haven’t fixed that. Curious how many tires it’s put holes in.

Quick and delicious. Love the display for easy ordering and staff was very friendly. My panini was delicious and the smoothie was great. Access to the front feels chaotic coming from the street, so park on the side street or the parking lot to the right. Thanks!

I ordered a 3 day juice cleanse 2 days in advance to ensure that everything was available because it is 21 bottles. I scheduled to pick it up this morning at 8:25AM. When I show up it is not ready for pick up, they were not aware of the order, and they didn't have everything needed to complete the order. They tell me that they have no control over what gets delivered each day. I asked for a refund and was told that they cannot issue me a refund and that they will need to take down my information and get back to me. There was no way to make sure that this order was fulfilled correctly and I don't recommend this store.

I just like to say a big thank you to this Urban juicer I had a chicken wrap that was just amazing! 😋😍 The service was great, Sheri was such a wonderful waitress, remembering my name made it personable, serving my food in a timely manner made this experience exceptional. Thank you Sheri and Merry Christmas! Because of this waitress I will be coming back and bringing my friends. I would recommend this location over all the other ones even if I have to drive out of the way because the service far surpasses bars/restaurants all over Nashville. The UJ super Chicken wrap is huge and plenty to fill me up in fact I could probably eat it for lunch and dinner. Bon appetit y'all!
Parking: They have about four parking spots in front of it but it looks like there's parking lots on either side also
Kid-friendliness: Yes they are kid-friendly! And it seems like maybe pet-friendly too. Although I have a service dog 🐕🦺 so I'm not 100% sure on that.

the environment was extremely relaxing and the staff was welcoming but not overbearing. We are from southwest Arkansas and had never been to an UrbanJuicer before, therefore it took us a little while to look over the menu and decide what we wanted. The staff was patient and kind. I wish we had something like this offered back home.
