I love Urban Juicer and their stuff is amazing. This location is run by an idiot. On a regular basis the location is not open during the posted hours on their door and their website. So you drive over and surprise! Closed. No sign. No reason. Super annoying. But what topped it off was a delivery order today. Ordered 3 items - 2 bowls and a sandwich. Delivery guy showed up with the sandwich and a shrug. "They said they'd give you a refund." I assume they will actually do that. However, if they had simply called or made any attempt to reach out I would have cancelled the entire order. So naturally I called the store. 10 tries and someone picks up. Puts me on hold for 10 minutes. So I hang up and call back. And then they never pick up. All and all a dogshit experience and a business not run professionally. Fair to say I'll never go back and just go to Frutta Bowls instead.

WONDERFUL! There was a misunderstanding with my order and the staff went overboard to make it right. All of their juices are DELICIOUS. (I get their cleanse package during periods of high stress.)

Amazing! We have been to many Urban Juicers but this one was great!! "Shay" made us the best smoothies!! Very friendly & clean environment. Parking in back. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience for my first time here. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My smoothie and energy balls were excellent! I'm planning a trip back soon.

just ordered two smoothies. The first was the peace, love and avocado. Was OK but not hitting on anything. Just sweet, avocado taste. The second one was the paradise found. It was watered down enough to barely taste like anything. pretty bad for a smoothie containing mango and pineapple, which are very vibrant flavored. Very much a disappointment overall.

I've been here 3 times for an acai bowl and every time they have to substitute at least one ingredient. On top of that, they have changed the acai base. It is very bland. Thank God, there are other urban juicer locations.

Half the time I come to this place during business hours it’s locked and closed. Is this staffing shortages? Advertise accurate business hours or put a sign on the door at least. Probably never coming back.

I love the açaí bowls at Urban Juicer but this store is managed very badly. The hours are very unreliable. Sometimes you can order on the App and if you do they never have the order ready. They forget to get them. Or the store is randomly closed. They never answer the phone. And most recently no açaí bowls available at this location. And when you get one the serving size is very small. Feels like a rip off for $11.00. And they are almost always out of items, like granola today.

Absolutely love their Açai bowls and smoothies but recently have never been open and the Açai bowl I received today has almost to none Açai in it. Very disappointing for what you pay for. I love their food but the consistency is very frustrating.
