I ordered a smoothie and waited 20 minutes with no one else in the store for them to start to make it. It was me and 3 employees. Very uncomfortable. Only come here if you have tons of time because they seem to not care about making orders.

Well, the food and drinks weren't anything to write home about, just average, you know. But what really bothered me was this young woman named Jenny. She was terribly rude and disrespectful to me. I do hope you’ll take the time to train your employees properly because that kind of behavior is simply unacceptable.

The food and smoothies are overall really fantastic here, but the service is horrible! I came in the morning and one of the people at the register was incredibly slow and barely spoke or looked me in the eyes while I was ordering. It took over 10 minutes, just to order a couple smoothies and some food. Additionally, the manager (I think she was the manager, I’m not exactly sure) was so rude! She came up to help the employee at the register, but ended up just being very short with him and with me as the customer. I love other locations, but the service here makes me want to not come back.

Food and coffee were pretty good. I got a cold brew, and it came with a block of ice in it. No worries. After I asked for a bit less ice, the guy behind the counter flipped out, staring down and saying he could’ve charged more. That would’ve been fine I guess, too bad about the whole situation.
