I am from out of town… Decided to try a local spot, one of the best lattes I’ve ever had!

My boyfriend and I decided to go to The Well for a light Saturday morning breakfast. It was fairly crowded when we got there, but we were able to get a table pretty easily. Especially easy when the weather is nice since there are tables inside and outside. We got a biscuit with jam, a blueberry bagel with cream cheese, the When Maple Met Clove coffee, and an iced Matcha Latte. Of all the things the biscuit with jam was probably my favorite. The biscuit was soft with a bite and the jam was clearly house made with pieces of actual blackberries in it. So yum! The bagel also felt very fresh and yummy. The best way to describe the coffee was that it reminded us of warmth, perfect for some cold weather. The matcha was good and a solid choice, but probably not what I will choose next time. Parking is also really easy since the restaurant is a part of the Bellevue mall at One Bellevue Place.

This place is awesome! I have a Bible study here with a few of my friends, and they are very accomodating! They sell healthy soft drinks, among the non-healthy. I recommend the biscuit! I got the iced tea once, and it might have been that I added too much artificial sugar, but that thing gave me the heebie jeebies. Great coffee house otherwise!

Food was great and the smoothies were very tasty. The atmosphere was very chill.

Seems as if multiple people have experienced the same rude behavior from the staff at this establishment. While their food and coffee, if and when they get the order correct, are actually pretty good, the attitudes of the young and graceless staff will ultimately keep people from coming back.

Unfortunately, even when you inform them that an item was made incorrectly, they will argue with you. Ironically, while they are arguing, usually other customers are in line to explain their orders are also incorrect.

Update: been years and the staff hasn't changed. They forget to make a coffee and instead of apologizing, they are rude and short. If someone orders their coffee 10 minutes after you, typically they don't get it 5 minutes before you. Total wait time about 25 minutes.

This is the best coffee shop In Nashville! Service is amazing and the coffee is incredible. Even when they are super busy, the staff is friendly and helpful. Happy to have this kind of place in my community!

I’ve tried so many times but dont go here unless you have a full 45 to wait in your order ahead coffee and the owners attitudes are pretty rough as”well” but they still have the best iced Cuban I’ve ever had

Very blah. Took a very long time to even acknowledge me standing there waiting. Their coffee/latte flavors are … unique, but not very good. Just a very blah place.

I got the hot peach caramel latte and it tasted like barley warm fake peach water with a splash of milk. I also got the lemon cookie and it was mainly white chocolate with barely a hit of lemon. The service was great, but the food is not worth the money.

This is my favourite coffee shop but not anymore today. I asked them to reheat my coffee they said they cant, but they were saying they can make a new one but it did not happen. My bad i dit not follow up it with them, but i realized i should ask for refund bec i thought i was not taken seriously.

It’s always a cluster of 3-6 employees acting like they’re in such a rush to complete orders when there’s less people ordering food and drinks than employees. If you order ahead to avoid the wait bc it takes them 20 minutes to make one coffee you risk someone else stealing your items and are left to wait there for 10 + minutes with it unaddressed if you order at the counter you might avoid this but you’ll wait 20 minutes for your drink and bakery item. Save yourself the time go to Starbucks there’s 3 in Bellevue and they’ve never gotten my orders wrong or lost an item

Literally the best atmosphere. Excellent staff, excellent location. I've been a regular for over a year now. And the coffee is spectacular. I always get an iced latte, and never been dissapointed!
Also...Josh is the BEST!!!
