I had one hiccup with service but otherwise I love this place. The food is awesome and karaoke never disappoints. The drinks are fantastic and reasonably priced Me and my friends absolutely love ❤️!!!!!

They add 15-20 dollars more because they feel like it. And then also if you ask why the increase they try to make fun of you saying "if you don't have money to pay don't come." It's not the money, I do have it to pay, it's the fact that they want to see my stupid face. They think they are better than the clients and come to say "I feel sorry for these clients." Who do they think they are to say that? They're not better than anyone else there hahaha, really not. They just take advantage of the fact that people are drunk to charge much more than what is on the menu. We will never return, they don't deserve a cent from us. How sad it is that the business has to take advantage of people to continue operating. What a shame. Poor customer service.
The drinks are disgusting . They may look appealing on the menu but don’t be fooled. Then the manager was so rude about me wanting to exchange my drink. I will never spend another dime here.
