I was searching for brisket in the airport and came across Three Casks which had a great price - Brisket with 2 sides for $17.
The brisket at the restaurant was the driest and toughest brisket I have ever encountered in my life; it tasted like an overcooked steak and barbecue sauced did not help. For my sides I had the baked beans and slaw. The slaw was just a crunchy kale salad - unlike any slaw I’ve ever eaten. The beans were decent but a little too watery. The sweet tea was good and not too sugary.
The service was good and the food came out fast - my waitress was friendly and was attentive to me.

Yum! Such an unexpected treat. Stopped here between early morning, holiday flights. David T. was on it, unflapped by the crush of people and checking-in often. The food came out faster than expected, was delicious, and competitively priced to a non-airport breakfast (~$35/2 people). Would make this a regular brunch location if it was in my home town!

Their prices are insane. Americans are getting squeezed for every last bit of profit. This was for one hop water and was expected to tip. Crazy.
I could not remember the name of this dump. But i happened to be in this airport today and i remember. About a year ago I was here, and I ordered macaroni and cheese. Whole Turkey breast and barbecue sauce and fresh green beans and let me tell you something. It was the most disgusting thing food I've ever had in my life. .I don't know if it was a joke but the guy had put a bunch of rice in the macaroni and cheese . I was boarding on a plane and I was not able to do anything so I threw it away. But i was appalled and disgusted would never come back here. I also gave that guy a tip.I know it's a year ago, but you deserve this review because your food was inedible.
To the owner I don't know if you sell rice or not. When that person prepared the macaroni and cheese for me. It had rice in it which I feel was done on purpose for whatever reason.

Thanks to Southwest Airlines I got to spend 8 hours waiting on delayed flights. I spent part of that time at Three Casks in Nashville airport. The food was excellent, kudos the the chef. The bartenders and manager were very accommodating and friendly. Good service is so hard to find these days and I sincerely appreciate the Three Casks in Nashville.

Good food, don’t recommend the brisket. Whoever prepared it didn’t know the whole packet brisket is 2 different muscles so the flat was cut WITH the grain not against it. Was tender though. The apple pie sauce is too sweet. Mac n cheese was good. Great service

Fast. Great beer selection and a good sandwich with a healthy portion of hash browns.

Fantastic food and beverages. Good service too. You would not expect to find food this good in an airport. I'd go again. Thanks for giving me a taste to TN during a layover.

Stopped in on a layover at the Nashville airport. Service was quick. Server was okay. My sandwich was tasty but to be advertised as a fried green tomato BLT, it was light on the fried green tomatoes. Plus, I prefer my bacon cooked through. The fat was abundant and not well cooked.

Tried a Bourbon, Rye and Sour Mash flight. Bethany’s recommendations were perfect. Enjoyed the tomato soup and Porter beer. Great place!
