I worked at many pizza shops throughout my life as a young man. I had to look at the menu a second time just to make sure there was nothing listed on there. That said dough is made fresh daily. This is one of the worst pizzas that I’ve ever had in 62 years. It’s a frozen punctured whole pizza shell with barely anything on it. They should be reported to the state of Tennessee. Pizza tasted like cardboard. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich along with it. It was told that it has grilled chicken not even close little pieces of chunks of chicken, barely any bacon and a roll. Just came out out of the freezer absolutely ridiculous. I hope people read this before they order these guys shouldn’t be in business

Hey I recently ordered a pizza from them last night. My first time ever trying them, by the way! I was using DoorDash to order and I had already paid and tipped for the delivery. I then receive 2 missed calls from them so naturally I answer to see what’s up. They proceed to tell me, “The drive is 13 minutes away we will not delivery this order unless you give us your credit card information so that we can charge you for the delivery.” Keep in mind I already paid and tipped on DoorDash and they were already paid for this delivery by DoorDash and my tip. Yet they were requesting more money, so naturally I said no way. So they told me, “We won’t be delivering anything until you give us money, if you don’t like it cancel on the app.” So I spoke to DoorDash support and I learned if I didn’t cancel they will be held responsible for failure to deliver, so I decided to not refund the order right away so they would be held responsible. About 1 HOUR and 30 MINUTES later I received the order. I called them to ask them what changed their mind to delivery my food after threatening to not delivery with additional payment. They cursed me out and hung up. If this ever happens to you do not cancel, it is encouraging their bad business practices, by keeping the order active even when they say they won’t deliver keeps them Liable for delivery per agreement with their delivery apps. If they fail to deliver they will be removed, don’t let the threat of non-delivery trick you into providing more money! They decided to deliver the food themselves and they must do it. They are paid already! Don’t triple pay them! The food was incredibly cold, almost solid. I will not be ordering from here again! Also for record DoorDash said it was unacceptable and told me to not pay as well as they already been paid, BUT they probably won’t remove them from the app so they are just a liable for the bad business practices! Stay vigilante and be safe! No pictures provided because I threw it away after 1 slice. Waste of money!

The pizza I got was perfectly adequate albeit on the pricier side. The location is very convenient. It was a very short walk from the hotel I was staying in.

Ordered 3 desserts and 2 drinks for delivery to the hotel. We received 1 set of silverware. Tiramisu was frozen. One drink was room temperature. Won't order from again. Cookie was good though.

Ordered online ahead of time payment before store open. Arrived no customers in store and pizza was still late. Waited 20 min he put one pepper pack and one cheese packet.
We went to this place late after a concert. The place was clean and looked newly remodeled, better than the outside looks. But the food we ordered was horrible. We ordered a burger, which was a fake frozen patty, taste was a zero out of 10! The gyro I ordered was a 2 out of 10 don't know how they cut the meat but it definitely wasn't "shaved"! I'd stick to what they're probably known for, as the business name says it all...PIZZA!

WARNING!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I can't seem to understand what all these good reviews are about. The only reason I can seem to grasp is that MOST customers are from out of town and you probably didn't get sick until the onset food poisoning hit you the next day. I live in town and ordered a BBQ chicken pizza from here. They delivered it and on time, BUT the second we opened it you could smell the chicken was BAD(soured, out of temp., etc.) it also looked rubbery and slimy. We IMMEDIATELY called in which I was put on hold and just passed around to EVERY employee possible and then was told "we'll do it better next time". NEXT TIME??!! As if I was going to EVER order there again. Called the next day and was given the SAME exact answer. I wasted $40 on straight GARBAGE. So unless you want to be running to the bathroom for many hours, I HIGHLY recommend NOT setting foot NEAR this NASTY place. Just sayin.

The place is always empty, but they're always busy with a long wait. The food used to be really good, but the quality has gone down lately. The staff (with the exception of the girl) are extremely rude.

Ordered online- was over an hour late delivery. Cold food. Would not refund my order- as they said I put in the wrong address. I wrote the correct address and put the name of the hotel we were at in the comments section. The hotel was 6 miles away from their place.
I called- and the man was not helpful at all. Poor customer service on their part.
