I'll just start with saying that I absolutely love this pizza. However, I will never order from them again. I recently ordered two pizzas online and received a confirmation stating that my order would be ready at the time requested. I want to say that this pizza was for an event and folks were expecting it. I went to pick up my order and they said that there is no pizza as there was a power outage. I understand, as a former business owner that things happen out of your control. However... the way that this was handled was rude and disrespectful. No sorry, simply a shoulder shrug like what can I do. I spoke with the owner who came in and I asked for a refund. He stated that he couldn't do it as the power was down. Again, no apologies, he said to just look at my bank account to see if I was charged. Then tried to claim that I ordered off of a service such as "grub hub" or "Uber eats" no, I said it was off of their site. The charge of $58.11 had been pending on my bank site. I looked today and the charge went through. I called and again no apologies and couldn't understand why I waited 4 days to let them know. I explained that I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. He again stated that I must have ordered from a different site. Finally he agreed to refund me. Again no apology. I'll sacrifice the love of this pizza for my dignity. I also hope that they will provide better customer service.

Ordered from here one night got a bacon cheese burger and a sub cost us 28 and some change the delivery driver had no change. Went to order the next night ordered a small pizza and bread sticks and it was going to charge me 36 and some change. Buyer be Ware I would not order from here. One night it was 3 dollars for delivery then the next night it was almost 10.

I was CUSSED OUT IN THE LOBBY BY STAFF FOR DEMANDING A REFUND AS I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR MY ORDER. This store steals money, the amount of customers who have been charged twice and never refunded is insane. I can’t wait until someone reports this disgusting establishment to the police for being thieves. This store is vile. Take this as your warning, they will ruin your relationship with pizza. They will make you wish you starved. Protect yourself, order dominos.

We ordered a sampler, mozzarella sticks, bbq chicken pizza, ravioli and chicken Alfredo. The food in the sampler was not hot, warm at best, we NEVER received our mozzarella sticks, the salads with the ravioli had wilted lettuce and just tasted gross. The bbq chicken pizza was subpar, the Alfredo sauce tasted as if it was days old.Definitely not the best experience.

Staying at the Embassy on Broadway. Ordered a pizza delivered. It was very hot, delivered early and absolutely delicious! Easily fed six people.
This place is horrible my first experience I ordered online drove 24 mins to the location when I got there customers out front banging loud music getting high go inside homeless lady in the lobby sleeping I get to the counter to get my order the employees looking at me like something’s wrong with me I asked if my order was ready the young guy at the counter asked me was it Uber eats I said no I placed an online order he proceeded to ring the order # I thank god I screen shotted the order they all starring at me like I’m crazy poor lady the only one in the kitchen while 4 men are up front watching her I asked for a refund of my $20 because my order was never recieved the younger guy stated no were not doing that I said what your not gonna give me my money back he said no meanwhile the homeless lady asked to use the restroom the younger guy denied her access to the restroom she got upset started yelling I’ve spent money with you guys and I can’t use the restroom she stromed out flipped the guys off and the older guy flipped her back off with two middle fingers how unprofessional meanwhile I’m waiting on my order 5 wings the wings tasted watered down like they deluted the sauce fries I tried needs grease changed and were salty but I felt comfortable enough to try them out of the grease smh and talking bout the salad nothing look good but my salad terrible I’ll never order here again

I had not tried this place before so I gave it a shot. I ordered garlic cheese bread and a pepperoni and sausage pizza. The garlic cheese bread had no taste and was surprised by how "hard" the cheese was...if that's even possible?? The pizza, perfect for a late-night after-drinking pizza! But for a simple dinner, not so much...I was sober! The pizza was so incredibly greasy I had to use several napkins to soak it up for each slice. Now that I gave it a try, I don't think I'll be going back for seconds...

We were staying next door and tried it out. We ordered a cheeseburger calzone and chicken Parm sub to eat in. Both were excellent. The staff was very friendly. This is a pizza shop and not a fine dining place. We would go there again.
