I worked at many pizza shops throughout my life as a young man. I had to look at the menu a second time just to make sure there was nothing listed on there. That said dough is made fresh daily. This is one of the worst pizzas that I’ve ever had in 62 years. It’s a frozen punctured whole pizza shell with barely anything on it. They should be reported to the state of Tennessee. Pizza tasted like cardboard. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich along with it. It was told that it has grilled chicken not even close little pieces of chunks of chicken, barely any bacon and a roll. Just came out out of the freezer absolutely ridiculous. I hope people read this before they order these guys shouldn’t be in business

I ordered for delivery, it took a little over an hour. Not a big deal that's how these things usually go. But there was an alarming amount of grease in my Alfredo, and also imitation crab. I did order the seafood Alfredo but imitation crab? I also ordered the cheese ravioli, I received the meat instead; there was also an overwhelming amount of sauce and cheese on top, and they had almost no flavor. I couldn't Finnish neither of the dishes, it made my stomach hurt a lot. I don't think i will be eating their food again

We ordered a small classic calzone, my husband’s first bite and he pulled a 6 inch piece of hair from his mouth with cheese stuck to it. We placed it back in the box and called the store. The women who took our order told me to bring it to the store, the owner was there and wanted to see it. They offered to remake it, I said “he wouldn’t want it” so we asked them to make a small classic pizza instead., I was told 15 min, with the traffic at The Opry it took almost 1/2 hour to get there. I asked for the owner, a young man said he could help me. I asked for the owner “ Per the phone call”, both the young man and the owner looked at the hair and said “ no one here has this color hair”.I said, well it was in the calzone when he took a bit. I said,” I was told a pizza was ready for me. “ No, there wasn’t, they will make one. From their condescending comments and looks they were not customer focused. They told me they would make me a pizza and it would be hot and ready in 5 min, 15 min later I got the pizza. They again said “ no one that works here has that color hair, we all have dark hair”, so they were inferring that I put the hair in my calzone! So two hours after the original order We got food. I will NEVER GO TO THIS Till Five Pizza. The replacement was mediocre at best.

Just ordered pizza and salad to be delivered to a hotel by airport. When they said 32$ I asked for the delivery charge. They said 3$ and 4.99 is what the hotel charges them to deliver. Asked the hotel after they left. They said we don’t get anything when they deliver. The only reason the menus are there is to help their business. Be cautious with this establishment, deceptive practices!

Will be honest with you this store is one of the few which works till morning and do long distance delivery's also the food is really outstanding! Every meal we had was full of flavor and cooked to perfection, and the service was really great, too

Late night after the Opry Concerts, found this little gem on the way back to the room, it was also recommended by a Nashville native. Pizza was amazing, they had it ready extremely fast, and the price was perfect.
We got a steak and cheese sub adding onions and 5 wings. When we got to our hotel we realized they left off the lettuce, tomato and onion from the sub. Prices are too high to be leaving off items. Tried calling but only got a recording and hold...no one ever answered.

Terrible service. Food was 20+ minutes late and all wrong. They didn't start cooking it until we got there despite having prepaid; and walk in customers who ordered after us were served first. Nothing fajita about the chicken fajita pita - wasn't even in a pita! No buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken calzone - and they tried to charge us $3 for extra! Counter person was rude. There were parakeets in a bird cage in one of the vestibules - and it was under 50° outside! Birds! In a restaurant! If you're drunk and have no other options at 2am, maybe it's great.... other than that, avoid it. I can't imagine why there are so many great reviews. It's horrible.

We just happened upon this place since we were staying at a local hotel. I am so happy we did!! It was delicious! We had a pizza and wings and it was all amazing!! It was fresh and they were so fast!

This was surprisingly very clean inside, considering the landscaping outside, but the food was top-notch. I had a teriyaki salad. Nothing that I thought when I came from a pizza. Place it was so good. I can't wait to go back and have another one, and I've been telling everybody about it. And they're hours till 5 AM. That's amazing and the pizza. My husband had what's top-notch.

I ordered through Uber eats around 230am. The order was going to take more than an hour to be delivered, so I canceled it. I was charged a $23 cancelation fee by Till 5. I immediately attempted to call customer service. The store would not pick up the phone to assist me.
