Pizza was cold upon picking up. I called and spoke with someone who berated me. Actually threated to call police on me. This is not new York style cold and gross. Refused to give me my money back. So I wasted this food which is upsetting considering I feed the homeless and I wouldn't even give it them. Ordered online and apparently my toppings were not ordered on my pizza. I had to call my bank to refund charges. Cheese bread was just as bad. Don't waste your money and save your heart ache. I truly wish I could leave a 0 star review.

Ordered an XL pizza to be delivered to my hotel while visiting in Nashville. The driver left the pizza with the front desk to be picked up by anyone without verifying who the customer was. My pizza was picked up by someone else staying at the hotel. The driver and the manager were inconsiderate in resolving this mishap and did not offer a new pizza or a refund. Terrible customer service.

I ordered simply a cheese pizza from this restaurant though a delivery app. There were no order delivery updates through the app and the software continuously told me to communicate with the store because a staff member was delivering my order. I called the store FIVE separate times for updates about my order becuase I kept getting disconnected (as the app directed) and every single time, I got transferred to a number that hung up on me immediately. This entire process took about two hours. In that time, my food was STILL not delivered. Do not order from this restaurant—terrible customer service and horrible care for its customers. I was comply Connected with a person twice and each time, the conversation was less than a minute. The staff members were rude and dismissive. I’d like to comment on my food too but unfortunately I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I’m extremely disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Ordered delivery for Country Inn Suites, didn't expect much, but we were tired and hungry. We were pleasantly surprised. Got the hand tossed pepperoni and it was delicious! Garlic bread was just ok...we probably wouldn't order it again. But all in all it was definitely a pizza we'll order again. Thank you!

About two weeks late with this review, but it's well deserved. After getting back to our hotel around 11:30 PM, we were starving and everything nearby was closed except this place. We ordered two pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni, and they hit the spot after a long day of driving around Nashville. Could not recommend enough.

Great experience. Went after the Opry, ordered an assortment of stuff and the food came out timely and the cashier was super friendly. Food tasted amazing.
Salads were ready to be picked up on time. Gave a 15 percent tip because... Anyway. My salad was pretty. I tasted the raspberry dressing for mine ... It's a definite NO. So I proceeded to eat it without dressing... Nope. There was a bug in it. A little green bug just crawling all over the place. Took it back because the lady on phone said that's the only way to get a refund. Showed the owner, and he suggested that I found a bug and put in it!! Even laughed at me...said he can't refund my money. Poor business, worst customer service ever...First and last time at this establishment for me.

Ok this is something you don't see everyday. Perhaps, I could say I saw a unicorn. Imagine this , a pizza restaurant that has NO PORK. Yep. All the meat is beef pepperoni and sausage are beef, and you can't tell the difference. I will be back to try something else.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza online for carry out. The pizza was done sooner than they anticipated and their order tracking works well. Drove through the drive thru for pick up. Friendly staff. The pizza was better than I anticipated. Maybe a 6 out of 10. I would order again when in town.
