It's right down the road from out campground & we get off work at 11 pm so it was convenient. Pizza is ok. The crust needs improvement but had a wide variety of choices. I always got the veggie lovers. Good toppings.

If you're looking for down and dirty pizza with big portions for an affordable price (especially in comparison to the monument to capitalism known as Opryland), then this is the place for you. We ordered a XXL pizza with green pepper, onion and pineapple, and some garlic cheesy bread. The person who took our order was knowledgeable of the product and efficient. We were able to get our pizza in 20 minutes. Great for a late night treat after a long day of work.

Unfortunately between the service and the food neither was that special..I went into to pickup my food..there was a employee playing around on his phone and eating behind the counter and another person just wandering around. I had to wait a extra 10 minutes 4 my food since there was only 1 of the 3 people actually doing work. The food wasn't that great either. No reason to come back Unfortunately

Beware of outrageous charge. Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, a club sub and two 20 ounce mountain dews to be delivered to hotel 1/2 mile away from McGavock pike location Friday March 1st around 4pm. Was charged $47.19. Food was average, delivery took almost an hour and Pais almost 50$. Never again.

This was my 1st, and certainly last, time visiting this location. I ordered a pizza, a small order of wings, and an order of mozzerella sticks. I got a text and email saying my food would be ready at about 7:12pm. I arrived at 7:15pm and walked inside to get my order. After several minutes of standing there awkwardly as multiple employees walked by without saying hi or asking how they could help me, i went back outside to use the drive through. After another several minutes there, a guy finally came to the window to ask what I needed. I said I had an online order and gave him my name. After ANOTHER five minutes or so, after seeing employees walking around aimlessly inside, the same guy came back to the window to ask what I needed. It was nearly 7:30pm at this point. I told the guy my name and asked where my food was. He said it would be two more minutes and walked away. At 7:35, i finally got my food and was sent away without even a thank you or apology for the massive delay.The food is ok, though not nearly good enough to make up for very poor customer service. Also, I ordered a NY style pizza, and it was cut into squares. Who cuts NY style pizza into squares?!? If you want pizza from a place that doesn't care one bit about customers, this is your place.

Customer service was nil.We were advised our small pizza would be ready in 20 minutes but 40 minutes later we had to ask where our pizza was.We did takeout. Just as well as it was freezing in the dining area.Our pizza was not fully cooked and it was terrible. Will not be returning

Pizza was okay, BUT we came in at around 8:30pm and ordered our 1 pizza and order of cheese breadsticks. Waited in a very cold, awkward dining area along with 2 other couples (otherwise empty) for over 45 minutes before asking about our food- to which we were responded blank stares and questions about us even having an order. Why else would we have been sitting out there? How had they forgotten not one but THREE customers who were waiting inside their restaurant for the food? There is a strong language barrier that also made it very hard to explain to them our concern. Even then, 2 employees just walked out and sat in their car obviously avoided eye contact as they left as we still had no food. Just a strange setting, awkward employees, poorly managed restaurant.

Was looking for something to eat very late last night and decided to take a chance on this place. We got burgers, tenders, and a pizza. This food was AMAZING!! I was even very picky on my burger and they executed everything perfectly. The price point is amazing as well. Very great job friends thank you for the best late night meal!! Will be eating here again for sure.

I was here to pick up late night snacks and my food was ready when I arrived, it was hot and smelled so good I could barely wait to get home to dig into it! They have pretty good prices too! If you’re looking for somewhere to eat that’s open pretty much 24 hours it feels like! This is the spot!
