My family has been going to Titos for years and we have never had any issues. Today, we had a problem with our bill, they brought out fries when we ordered beans and charged us for a beer that was out. When we asked to get the check corrected a manager came over, Marco, and grilled us about if we ate the fries or not (I don't even know, they were for my kid).. and then he asked why the server didn't take them back (which would have been fine). They made us sit for 15 minutes trying to sort out this bill and we just agreed to pay the extra amount. Absolutely terrible customer service and all this fuss for a $100+ tab. I told them they lost a good paying customer over absolutely ridiculous questions and Marco told me thats fine they have plenty of customers left.

"The Deluxe"....The chilli relleono was excellent...wraped in an egg omelet! Taco was very good with a scope of guacamole, lettuce/tomatoes and cheese on the side.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in the Nolensville area. Good food great portions and reasonable prices. I particularly like the fajitas but have never been let down with any selection. Excellent place to order take out too.

SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT
Ordered to go food here today for 3 people - came out to 100 dollars, expecting a bill closer to 70.
1. A $5.69 service charge for utensils. Yes - you read that right. I asked, is it just for utensils? The manager said “Yes.” Baffling.
2. We ordered fajita fries a 15 dollar item. Instead, we received the prime fajitas with steak, that came out to 32 dollars. The manager was less than helpful in trying to get this changed. Not only that, but no one ever asked for steak even if there was confusion on fajita fries vs prime fajitas, which was an extra 4 dollars.
I ended up leaving and will never come back here again. Would recommend you never order to go from here as well. Food was average.
