Very bad experience from the start. I ordered apple juice and got orange juice instead. I didn’t make a big deal about it, but then the server brought me the check before even serving the food. When I finished and paid in cash, I left a few dollars as a tip, and the waitress complained in an upset tone, saying it wasn’t enough. Very unprofessional behavior.
I strongly recommend not going to this place. It seems there’s a new staff, and honestly, some of them don’t deserve to be in their positions.

Biftu was my server, and I was very impressed with her. She was attentive and my breakfast came out almost instantly. The food quality was excellent, and the portions were generous. I will be back!

The food was school cafeteria level but the staff was very nice. Should have spend our $40 at a different restaurant in the terminal.

If I could give no stars, I would, our server was one of the rudest service we have had in a long time then we’re trying to get our check and she’s in the back on her phone, giggling and laughing then when we finally wave her down, she comes out and says sorry and thinks it’s funny Food was poor. Stated it was a Nashville hot chicken. It was just basically a chicken patty with buffalo sauce on it. There’s plenty of way better restaurants if you keep on walking past this place avoid this place at all cost. 09/21/25.

Worknesha was the bartender. I ordered 3 regular blue moons. She decided to charge me for 3 large ones. I questioned her, and she said “you didn’t specify, so I picked.” Uhmmmm?!??! Never got to talk to a manager or anything. My tab was double what it should have been.

I wen in set at the bar and ordered a beer. It took a while but I ordered food. About 40 min later I noticed some ladies that came in after had were getting the food and another guy who came in after me was getting his food. I asked about my sandwich, Courtney said she was going to go check, came back and told me that they were still working on it. I turned to my left and some who came in after was getting the same sandwich. I told her to just cancel it. Now I’m walking around the airport hungry and pissed.

The server Elsa changed my tip amount to $5 from $3.30. This was at the airport location. Its not much but if she does that to everyone, it will certainly add up.

Ordered a bbq cheeseburger without bacon. Burger came with bacon. Mest didn't even look like hamburger. Sorry yo say this is the worst food ever. Didn't even eat it, paid my bill and left.

We visited on 9/7/25 Food was good. The bartenders were extremely rude. It was busy we were sat at the bar. There were two bartenders a taller white man with an orange armband he didn't even greet us. There was a darker complexion woman wearing a hat serving as well. I'm not sure of her nationality but she was extremely rude. We were not even talked to for the first 15 mins sitting there. The woman with hat finally asked what we would like to drink. My friend asked for Dr pepper or mello yellow she just replied no and didn't even give any options of what they had to drink. Then when we finally got our food I asked for a side of ranch and she rolled her eyes and yes but it will be a minute. I finally got my ranch after 10 mins of asking. She wasn't doing anything either when I asked for the ranch she was just more worried about putting in tickets than me actually being at the bar. I also had no refill on drinks and my drink sat empty for the 45 mins we were there. Those two bartenders were terrible.

I have never in my life, felt more rushed and pushed to hurry to get up and my waitress spilled a brand new cup of ice water, all down my pants into my purse and completely ruined my outfit so now I have to fly with soaking wet pants and underwear on she never even offered to come my meal.
