Had a GREAT experience here as a guest for a business summit . Top golf was able to accommodate over 50+ attendees , serve up a plethora of food for everyone & keep up on drink orders . Zero issues . Thank you Top Golf Nashville !

Came here for my birthday after wanting to try Top Golf for the last 8 years. I was not disappointed by how much fun this was. Yes, it is a bit expensive but it was so much fun! We had a great time, the staff was attentive and helpful as we had a lefty and preteens with us that needed different clubs. Next time ill bring my clubs but it was great using what was available.

The worse experience we've ever had at a Top Golf. It was 1.5 hour wait on a bay (no issue), so we decided to eat in the restaurant section while we wait. The first wave of food took over an hour and a half. I say wave because they brought out portions of our party's food at different times, with 20 minutes between each. We were told sorry, appetizers will come with food, not before, but they came after our entrees. Our last entree didn't come until over 2 hours from ordering. We've been here before and it was fine, but today was brutal. If you're coming just to golf, Its fine, but if you come here to eat, then I am sorry what you may experience.

This was our first top golf experience and I just wanted to come to say how awesome the staff at top golf Nashville was. My son mentioned that it was his 4th birthday on Sunday and Troy & the rest of the staff took it upon themselves to sing to him and made his night!

We visit often and recently had our son’s 6th birthday at Topgolf. Our coordinator was Kyle and he was fantastic. The food was great. The staff were all super nice, and we had a few managers stop by to check on us. Highly recommend!

RUDE RUDE STAFF, We were served by Austin and after we left I recived messages on instagram from him complaining that we ‘have not tipped enough’ and calling my tip amount ‘shit’. Please Topgolf have a word with your employees about how it is not okay to be so entitled to complain about the tip amount when they are literally being paid to work already! P.S we gave him our instagrams because he was telling us that he wanted to come on a night out with us.

This location is horrendously mismanaged. I’ve watched staff allow players to sling clubs and break windows and not be kicked out. This place is not safe. The service is incompetent at best. The safety issues are unacceptable and unbelievable

We enjoy the facility as we can all hang out and act like we can golf. The food is good but it is pricey.
Had to wait 3.5 hours and was then told our booth didn’t work so was asked to wait another 45 minutes

I took my family there (party of eight) for my younger brother‘s 20th birthday. We were trying to decide between a few places, and we are so happy that we chose to go to Topgolf. Dinner was amazing, and the customer service was top-notch. Our waiter looked after us and always had drinks for us. My dad even knocked over two drinks and broke two glasses and they didn’t give us any hassle plus set him up with a to go drink as well. We will definitely be back again.

had a blast with the guys as we are here from Houston working but the waitress was terrible it took 1 hrs to get nachos and was disappointed as there were 4 of us we ordered beers and she never came back for us to reorder more drinks and food until we had 15 minutes and we were playing from 7:30 to 9:30 and only seen her 3 times. we told her thanks for the terrible service and she replied back with (I know huh the waitress sucked). very unprofessional as this was our first time ever going to a top golf and it was very disappointing. I'm not sure if there was a shortage of staff but I hope next time we can have a better experience for what we paid for as we did enjoy the time playing together as coworkers.
