I’m not sure how (or if) this facility sanitizes their clubs between rounds, but about an hour after playing I started noticing sore red bumps developing on my hand. A trip to urgent care revealed a staff infection. The atmosphere and game are fun. I would recommend bringing your own clubs or some sanitary wipes if you have to use theirs…

JASMINE WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. best server ive ever had. short curly hair, hair dyed, nose ring, SHES THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! complemented my hair color and bangs, also complimented my moms hair, made my first experience at top golf the absolute best, if i ever comeback i will be requesting her!!! have a happy new year!!

Ever thing was going good order food had drinks then they would not let us add time I have never been to a top golf that kick you out and would not let you add time. We were in No way ready to leave. Worst Top golf I have been to.

Alright, gonna keep this middle of the road because overall it was fun and issues were solved, BUT! Got there and got in on time. Waitress immediately came over and took drink orders, ran through how to play, etc etc. We got started and she came back with drinks and 1/2 our group put in an order for the large $40 party tray. Other 1/2 was busy playing/watch and didn't realize. When waitress next came back 15-20 mins later they put in a second order for wings and a kids meal. Tray came out 10-15 mins later and was great.
Took 45 mins for the other 2 meals to come out (saw the waitress and manager once during that 45 mins) and manager brought the food out. Problem was the food was luke warm like it had been sitting out just waiting for someone to bring it. Took about another 20-30 mins before anyone came back to check on us so we could send the food back, but they rush ordered and it came out hot. Manager gave us extra 30 mins of play. One other issue though was we had to ask the manager for drink refills as the waitress hadn't brought any in the 1.25 hours we had been there (water and soft drinks).
Not sure if they were short on staff or what the issue was, but the service was kind of lack luster for what we paid for food and bay rental.
Also add, the mens restroom on the main floor was kind of nasty, though it was busy so can't say I blame them there. 2nd floor outside mens was completely missing the paper towel dispenser which really sucked as it was in the 30's at the time we went, so wet hands in the cold.

The waitress was good but the managers and maintenance team left a lot to be desired. 🫤 ...3 years later 12/29/25 The waiter was good but the manger made a ridiculous decision. Our session had 15 minutes left and the computer screen froze.(Our game was still playable but the main screen froze. Waiter got manger and their card didn't fix the problem. The manager (she) no apology had maintenance come and fix it which killed our last 15 minutes of play time. So in 3 years the servers are good but management is horrible trained. Not even an offer to extend our time or apologies.

Service was terrible got checked in when we sat and ordered food and got kicked out an hour and a half after before we even saw our food. Then took another half hour at the bar to get our food. Server was rude as well.

The wait was so long we could not get in !!! You have to make a reservation or you will not get in!!!
Love playing Top Golf in Nashville. However service is uneven with highly variable consistency on food, drinks and wait staff can be very unmotivated. Today our server was complaining about how he’s had to work 5 days straight! Really? When I was his age, I was happy to have that work and the TIPS that come with it

When you arrive and check in that is when your time starts so you don't get the full hour. My table ordered food at the beginning and didn't get till 10 minutes were left in our game. Then when time was out they kicked us out even though we just got our food. Thus we had to carry our food and drinks ourselves downstairs. Service was lack luster. Wouldn't come here again not worth the money.
