I have been going to Torchys since the trailer park was first in Austin, TX., so to now have one close to where I live in Nashville is incredible. My first experience in the Nashville restaurant was great. The food and service was top notch and a big thank you goes out to Shasta. Can’t wait for a return visit.

Cool place but my brother and I both got food poisoning within 12 hours of eating there. Some of the tacos were room temp/cool when we got them at the table, watch out!
Great customer service . I am not surprised because of the great job from their manager named Shasta . It was my first online order . First , she came to ask me if my order was ready . Second She came back with my full order and make sure I had my queso and chips . She was very helpful. Thank you again . I look forward to come back again .
Shasta was an amazing manager, she helped me decide on what to get and even offered their “secret menu” items 10/10 would come again

Store service and food are awesome! The management team was great as well. However, it seems there is an issue with the app and QR code. That prevented me from getting points. This may impact future visits as this is something that should be easily fixed.
