They offer charcoal grilled bbq chicken by 1/4, 1/2 or whole bird. We got the whole chicken with two large sides and four pieces of Texas toast. I thought it was a good value. The smoked chicken was moist and fell off the bone. The texture of the skin was closer to baked chicken which I do not care for. After eating it I had to carefully handle my paper napkin so it did not stick to my fingers. The flavor of the chicken had a slight charcoal taste but not very smoky. I did like vinegar based slaw and while theirs was creamy I could not quit eating it because it was so fresh and good. The baked beans tasted southwestern style and I could taste cumin in them but they were good, sweet and had pieces of brisket in them. The thick, hot, sweet BBQ sauce was good and was tomato based. They were so helpful making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. We were the last to eat before they closed and they let us take our time without feeling rushed. We did not even realize they closed at 3pm the day we were there. Maybe the chicken would have been even better during their lunch rush. The Texas toast was warm soft moist and delicious.

This review is based on a take out & not a dine in. I’m pretty sure in dining is way better. A solid bbq spot in Nashville!I ordered their fried chicken with waffle fries & their “Nino Toto’s Sampler.” The fried chicken was good along with the waffle fries. They were nice and crispy and the flavors were there. The sampler was also pretty good and overall it was a great lunch. The sides were descent and I enjoyed the meal.I’d definitely come back again to try their other menu items. Customer service was excellent and I recommend this spot for a quick bbq lunch spot!

OMG! Best Brisket I have ever had in my life ?!!!! My company ate here today (11-2-23) and I could not believe how the brisket just melts in your mouth and taste delicious!! The onion and slaw on it was so perfect. Plus the employees there were so nice?. My company loved it!

Totos has brisket potatoes that are amazing! Though you can only get potatoes Thursday-Sunday, it is worth making a trip or ordering via Uber after a long week. Reasonably priced and the friendliest service. Such a warm atmosphere in a quiet, but child friendly setting.
