Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Clean spot for sure but… you’re paying 12-14 bucks for basically water, ice, and some sub par powders and fruits. I’ve been here multiple times and every time leave feeling like I spent too much money for what I got.

We come here often for our regular smoothies, this time we decided to try the stitch smoothie with blue spirulina. It was very watered down and almost flavorless. We asked if we could swap to his normal drink order. We were told immediately no, and it isn’t their fault if it doesn’t taste good. “What are we supposed to do if everyone doesn’t like something” was the response. I understood if I always try to return something but it was a swap not even a return. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Will not patronize again.

I've never seen a dirtier TSC ever but wouldn't pass up a free SunRise SunSet in celebration of National FlipFlop day. The server was rude and one of them sat directly behind me and chewed so ridiculously loud that it grated my nerves. Had I been paying for a meal I would've just walked out. Plus when I went to the restroom there was urine literally all over the bathroom.

Food is always spot on however the service at this location was lacking. I asked for a smoothie I’ve ordered at every TSC I’ve gone too and never had a problem but here they wouldn’t even look through the system to find it only said they wouldn’t do it.

The smoothies are good, but the way the lady and man that was working and their friend were looking at me when I came to pick up my order was really off. They made me feel as if I was bothering them while picking up my order.

The workers here are so nice and efficient! Buffalo chicken wrap and Bahama mama both incredible!!

I will start with the fact that I really enjoy the franchise Tropical Smoothie Cafe. However, this particular store is not very well run. I always get the same smoothie from the menu which is a Pomegranate Plunge with whey protein. Upon ordering this item, I got a smoothie that was very flat tasting and not creamy and sweet like it normally is when I order it specifically with the whey protein. I asked the worker who made my smoothie to remake it and she said she couldn't because it wouldn't change the taste. I asked them what flavor of whey protein they used, and she said "flavor-less" which I've never heard used in any other store. On top of all this, this particular store charges more for the same items that are offered at any other location. I will not be coming back to this Tropical Smoothie Cafe ever again. Very poor service all around.

Excellent and fast service. The Blimey Limey and Mango Magic smoothies and quesadillas were fantastic. Staff was very friendly. What more could you ask for?
