My friend and I had a nice visit and dinner was wonderful. Carson gave us great service and he knew exactly when I was ready for a to Go box. A bit too much garlic in the kale salad dressing but I'm sensitive to garlic! Then we went outside and visited for another hour!!!
Terribly disappointed today. We have been to this location multiple times and I know it was Father's Day but the place was not even crowded. Took forever for any of the greeters to even greet us. The server was ok and the food took forever to come. Quality was not what I expected. The store needs some major cleaning and attention. I will be surprised if they make it located in the heart of Green Hills.
The hummus starter was great, as were the pizzas (margherita and pepperoni), the burger and the bowl. Our server, Anna, was patient and helpful.
The new menu for lunch includes new and reasonably priced meals. I had the tomato bisque and grilled chicken wrap. Delicious! I was very intrigued with a new summer salad offering - watermelon with cucumbers, mint, sesame seed, almond, dabs of wasabe and a citrus vinegarette - so I got one to go and I'm savoring it by eating half yesterday and the other half today. It's so refreshing and light. A wonderful addition to the menu.
Had such an amazing visit at lunch today! The food was incredible, service was excellent, and I was so appreciative of the free birthday dessert that made it extra special! True Food remains one of my favorite spots in Nashville!
The Panang Curry with Salmon is my favorite, and always hits. Our Waiter Garret was very nice. It's always clean and fresh in there and I appreciate the 2-hour parking validation. Thank you!
The Spaghetti Squash Casserole was marvelous! I liked it very much and will order it again.
Great atmosphere, food was ok. The ranchers hash didn't have very much flavor and the spritzer was way too tart. But the pancakes were amazing.
Poor service. Took forever to get our drinks....forgot my sparkling water. New plates were dirty and we pointed this out and she took the plates and wiped them with her hand and brought the same plates back to the table.
Went to the Easter brunch. Service was great as usual, but I feel like unfortunately they're getting chintzy with portions the past few times we've eaten here. Used to be my favorite place in town. The avocado toast for 2 was tiny, and I don't think that the $7 upcharge for the poke was warranted considering it was small, too. Disappointing. Also the last time we are here we saw that they no longer have the chicken sausage. They only have air-fried chicken, which seems cheap. Would love to see the quality return. Not bad, but not a standout meal with all the choices people have in Nashville.

What is going on with True Foods? Ordered the edamame dumplings, they were all in one ball, a total over boiled mess, ice cold, no truffle at all. The grain bowl again completely cold and most of the sweet potatoes and grains raw! Totally unacceptable. Server was sweet but often missing. Did not have utensils, could eventually flag someone down after my friend was half way through her lunch! Very very disappointed!
I waited 10 minutes. I'm finally went to ask if I had a server. I ordered my drink and told him I was waiting for a friend and that I wanted to just sit and relax and enjoy that until the friend got there the people next to me ordered and got their food before I even got a drink my friend got there when my drink arrived and I got there way way before she did. It was probably about 20 minutes before I got anything.
Always a pleasant experience with fantastic staff. We love coming to TFK in Nashville and are frequent customers!
The food and service were great, but the bathroom smells so bad... I literally had to hold my breath to even wash my hands
The spinach and mushroom pizza was incredible. Also great, was the flourless chocolate cake and the sparkling apricot tea. Server was knowledgeable and offered insight into many dishes. Great experience overall.
