The Panang Curry with Salmon is my favorite, and always hits. Our Waiter Garret was very nice. It's always clean and fresh in there and I appreciate the 2-hour parking validation. Thank you!

The Spaghetti Squash Casserole was marvelous! I liked it very much and will order it again.

Great atmosphere, food was ok. The ranchers hash didn't have very much flavor and the spritzer was way too tart. But the pancakes were amazing.

Poor service. Took forever to get our drinks....forgot my sparkling water. New plates were dirty and we pointed this out and she took the plates and wiped them with her hand and brought the same plates back to the table.

Went to the Easter brunch. Service was great as usual, but I feel like unfortunately they're getting chintzy with portions the past few times we've eaten here. Used to be my favorite place in town. The avocado toast for 2 was tiny, and I don't think that the $7 upcharge for the poke was warranted considering it was small, too. Disappointing. Also the last time we are here we saw that they no longer have the chicken sausage. They only have air-fried chicken, which seems cheap. Would love to see the quality return. Not bad, but not a standout meal with all the choices people have in Nashville.

What is going on with True Foods? Ordered the edamame dumplings, they were all in one ball, a total over boiled mess, ice cold, no truffle at all. The grain bowl again completely cold and most of the sweet potatoes and grains raw! Totally unacceptable. Server was sweet but often missing. Did not have utensils, could eventually flag someone down after my friend was half way through her lunch! Very very disappointed!

I waited 10 minutes. I'm finally went to ask if I had a server. I ordered my drink and told him I was waiting for a friend and that I wanted to just sit and relax and enjoy that until the friend got there the people next to me ordered and got their food before I even got a drink my friend got there when my drink arrived and I got there way way before she did. It was probably about 20 minutes before I got anything.

Always a pleasant experience with fantastic staff. We love coming to TFK in Nashville and are frequent customers!

The food and service were great, but the bathroom smells so bad... I literally had to hold my breath to even wash my hands

The spinach and mushroom pizza was incredible. Also great, was the flourless chocolate cake and the sparkling apricot tea. Server was knowledgeable and offered insight into many dishes. Great experience overall.

I’ve gotten take out from here twice and my guest and I have been disappointed both times. The flavors are underwhelming and uninspiring. We ordered the Caesar salad, burger, cauliflower, and spaghetti squash casserole; all very bland. Disappointed that we spent this much money for this little food and it doesn’t even taste good.

Party of three for an early lunch. We arrived at 11am and asked for a window seat, we were seated right away. Staff were friendly and service was average. We started with the roasted Brussels sprouts and two of us tried the seasonal butternut squash soup. The Brussel sprouts were fresh and cooked well but they were very salty and the glaze wasn’t what we expected, garlicky and savory. The butternut squash soup was good, probably the favorite dish of the group, described as “pumpkin pie soup” and “tastes like Christmas” perhaps with hints of nutmeg, though it did have a savory base. I got the spaghetti squash casserole. Sometimes spaghetti squash is prepared more like spaghetti, but this dish is was prepared much more like a standard squash. The squash seemed a bit underdone and crunchy, and the dish was lacking salt. Overall, I enjoyed it and would eat it again, but it wasn’t anything special. The rest of our group got the seasonal market salad with grass fed steak and the Korean noodle bowl with steak, medium. The steak was cooked correctly and tender. The salad had a great apple cider vinegar dressing, but way too much of it, and was a good portion. The Korean noodles were a bit too salty and saucy, muting the other flavors, and were NOT sweet like most Korean food. It would have benefited from a cold slaw on top to balance the flavor. Overall, everything was very fresh and high quality, we enjoyed no seed oils or artificial ingredients but the flavors weren’t impressive. Definitely get sauce or dressing on the side. The atmosphere was great, colorful and bright. Bathrooms were clean. Might try again, we’ll have to see.

Definitely do not go there to have drinks with your friends. We had one drink and Scott informed us that apparently there are laws against drinking on an empty stomach… I guess it’s against the law to have eaten prior to going to true food for a drink, will not be returning .
