Wonderful date night experience with my wife. Food was amazing, as always. Fantastic service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a date night.
The food was so so good. I had the ramen, wagyu skewers, yoga, and the sausage, all amazing. The timing on the dishes coming out allowed us to really enjoy our date night and the relaxing environment.
Kyle was the first person I talked to and he was an awesome bartender! He made me feel so welcomed and even made a drink based off of my preferences, this guy deserves a raise!!

Food is always great and lots of unique options. It's a nice place with good service and fair pricing. Their ramen is made with really amazing broth.
I have been to Two Ten Jackson twice now and each time I have had a great experience. The hush puppies are my fave, as well as the Hot Tadashi drink ✨ The atmosphere is great, the service is amazing-so friendly and attentive! A great spot for a cozy date or meet up with friends over some ramen and sushi. It can be pricey if you’re like me and my husband and like to order everything, or it can be moderately priced if you get ramen and an app. Either way will definitely be back.

The food is excellent. Maybe we went at an off time but the service was below average for a forced 25% tip. Go for the food but do not be surprised at less than stellar service. Also the 3%credit card fee was just icing on the cake.

two ten jack is one of my favorite places. we normally go to the one in chattanooga because it's closer to us based in knoxville. we went to the nashville location a few months ago, and we did not realize the patio was not open for lunch. we had our dog, so we weren't sure what to do. patrick is one of the kindest people. I don't remember a time where a person in the service industry has actually gone above and beyond what is expected. he could have just told us, hey we are closed outside for lunch, but he really tried to work out a solution for us. we sat outside at the patio and he just had us order take out. he made sure we had everything we needed and came to check on us multiple times. truly he was so so kind. fast forward to december, I make a reservation for 5:30 the patio (it's like 25 degrees outside) and I figured they would have heaters since the patio was the only option. we are visiting again, in nashville, and it is for my birthday. we had time to kill so we stopped by the restaurant early, around 4:30, to see if we could just get in early (and sit inside) since they just opened. patrick greets us again and unfortunately lets us know that they are not serving food until 5 and they are completely booked up...but then again, it's patrick! this wonderfully kind person who goes above and beyond. he tells us we can hang out at the bar until 5, he'll set it up with the host who is coming on shift (because he was leaving) and he had a table all set up for us. we just needed to make sure we didn't stay past 6:30, because a reservation was for that table. again, he could have just said sorry..and left. but he made sure it all worked out for us and we had a wonderful time! the food was amazing. I hope everyone has a chance to experience how wonderful patrick is! and I hope he gets some sort of raise for how he goes above and beyond in hospitality!
