Came here for my birthday and only brought three people -NEVER AGAIN. We ordered drinks and then our waitress disappeared for 45 min! we had to ask someone to get her to come back to take our order and by the time we ate we had been there for two hours! Waitress acted annoyed the rest of our time there. Flies were circulating everywhere and we sat inside. My husband didn’t get his sushi roll (yes 1 roll) that wasn’t what he ordered about 1 hour after ordering it. For the amount of money, and attitude they serve for lack of customer service is astonishing. I’ll take snobbery but perform and produce. These reviews must be fake or they have a horrible new management now because this place needs to train their wait staff and get a pest control guy in there asap.

The ramen at Two Ten Jack was rich, soulful, and deeply satisfying.

It’s been a year or two since we last visited, and we decided to stop by recently for happy hour. The food is still just as delicious, and the atmosphere remains great — it reminded us why we used to come here so often. However, the pricing has definitely changed. We spent over $70 for two ramen bowls and two happy hour wines. It was always a bit on the pricey side, but now there’s a noticeable increase in prices, along with added taxes and a credit card fee.
It’s disappointing because we’ve always appreciated the quality and vibe here. Sadly, we’ll probably be looking for a more affordable ramen option moving forward.

The only problem with Two Ten Jack is that there are so many great options that it is impossible to try them all in one visit. Trust me, I tried. The steak skewers and garlic noodles are particular gems. Can't go wrong with sushi or ramen, either.

Haliey single handedly made this experience for us!! We were seated on the patio at the Nashville location and she was SUCH a great server. She had the best energy, her service was so fast and she was very into connecting with her customers and made us feel like she really cared. If you go here the food is amazing and request Haliey to have the best experience ever.

never ate in an indoor restaurant with these many flies. Also considered this is a Japanese restaurant with raw food, I have concerned about the food quality.

7/21/2025 Ate here for lunch. I ordered the poke bento box, fried chicken bento box, and the shishito peppers appetizer. The food is delicious! They even played authentic 90s rap music while we were eating! I would recommend a stop here for lunch or dinner!

I've only been to Two Ten Jack a few of times, but I'm never disappointed. There's an extensive menu for both drinks and food. And both contain options for those that want to play it safe or those willing to try new things. Service is excellent! Mel was patient, responsive, and willing to offer advice. I hope to get out there more often!

Delicious food & excellent customer service!
I’ve dined here a couple of times, and each experience was top-tier.
🍣 I had the Gojirita Roll ($16) – a fried sushi roll packed with crispy rock shrimp, jalapeño, cream cheese, and a spicy kick. Perfectly balanced and full of flavor.
🍜 The Yasai Shoyu Ramen ($18) was a comforting bowl with clear vegetable broth, burnt corn, collards, benishoga, and mayu – light yet rich and satisfying
🔥 On another visit, I tried the Spicy Crab Noodles ($23), which came with crab butter mazemen, black pepper, kokuto, sweet red crab, and tobanjan. Absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of heat.
Highly recommend – can’t wait to go back!

Got back from Japan a week ago and wanted to scratch the itch. This was good, but didn't quite do it. A bit to geared for the American palette perhaps.
