Absolutely amazing coffee!!! Their seasonal options are flavorful and hit the profiles. Every seat was filled, which shows how great and popular this place is. They have 20 oz sizes available for iced style coffees, which, for me is a huge plus. Can't go wrong giving this place a try.

We were tourist staying in the area, and a quick Google search told us this coffee close. Super friendly service and the two specialty lattes were excellent! Flavored lattes can get super sweet and these were just the perfect mix of sweet and coffee flavors. A wonderful start to our morning!

Great vibes and tea selection, comfy seats. Love coming here to work, very LGBTQ friendly and welcoming too. I just wish they had tea refills but they have gluten free stuff so that makes up for it lol!

I love coming here, I love the atmosphere of this place and the coffee is always so good! I will say, I do think service wise they could use some help. Being more organized, stocked up and a little more attentive to customers. My recent visit I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and then after ordering and waiting a very long time they proceeded to tell me it wasn’t in stock and just sat and looked at me dead in my face. I asked if I could have a refund because they didn’t have the yogurt parfait I also wanted to order so I just wanted to leave at this point. They told me they couldn’t do that and that they’d make me a plain bagel instead? Unprofessional, (i get this is a cafe but come on) and it seemed unmanaged.

My friends and I got brunch in the plaza and were pleasantly surprised to find a coffee shop right there too. I ordered the Iced Lavender Latte with oat milk and it was pretty good. My latte was delicious, creamy, and tasted really nice with the lavender.
Wait time wasn't too long. There was actually some kind of hold up, like one cashier's ipad wasn't working properly but they prepared my drink really quick. This place was packed, but the ambiance was very cozy and cool. I could see why this place was popular. I'd love to come back again soon.

Had a good cup of coffee here but the food I ordered could have been better. Just ordered a simple breakfast bagel but the bagel seems to be too small for the egg and fixings that go on it. Additionally, the bagel isn’t soft enough to easily bite through which pushes out the insides and makes a bit of a mess. Lastly, the sandwich I ordered has onions on it that are loosely put inside but could more easily be missed into the egg.
Not a bad place to get coffee and some breakfast but just not stellar.

My first time in the coffee shop and it was a delicious experience in both the coffee and the service. I explained my sweet coffee preference and current sleepy condition and the beautiful tall man behind the counter served up a delicious and potent concoction for me, a yummy iced Hoodie Latte. There was a wait line to the door but it moved along steadily. With seating inside and outside among plants, trees and sunlight, the vibe at Ugly Mugs is bohemian chill, mellow, relaxed. Bring your spiritual advisor with you and enjoy a coffee, a hot sandwich and some enlightenment. Thank you, guys. Love and peace.
