The associates in this location were extremely friendly, not overbearing like some places and people can be. They talked to me when I got there and asked if I needed any help but did not hover over me like I was trying to steal something. And the lady at checkout was extremely polite and friendly as well! Everything was in stock also for 21 days of beauty that other stores were already out of and you couldnt order online because they were out. Thanks Ulta

If I go into this store and someone asks me if I need help I’m always in complete shock because that literally never happens. Most of the time, they don’t greet you when you walk in the store, they don’t ask if you need any help (despite multiple reps walking past you) and they don’t even say hey at the register. The whole experience is blah. If I could color match myself online I would never go.
