Thank you UBC for having the most talented server I've ever had wait on me. Kindre waited on me as I enjoyed a cat/ckn dinner. Sh showed amazing poise, initiative, humility, willingness and care as it relates to my overall AMAZING dining experience. The food was good...the staff was welcoming...my server Kindre was blatantly superlative!

We’ve given this place multiple chances to get it right. The food is just never fresh, always luke warm if we’re lucky and tastes as if it’s just been sitting under a heat lamp. The entrees come out within minutes so it’s hard to believe anything is made to order/fresh. I love our little Donelson neighborhood & like to support local but I will not be returning.

Great place if your in the mood for unlimited beans , coleslaw, and hushpuppies. Had the catfish and it was delicious. Our waitress Sierra was just the best and reminded me of someone from a past life. . The only critique from me is the lack of collard greens. Besides that it was excellent 👌

I had just got out of the hospital (heart transplant) my sister and I wanted fish. She found this place
We previously had one in Chattanooga, have no idea why they closed, but this was at least a once a week dining
I am so glad she found it here it was not disappointing. Our waitress Danyett was AWESOME. We also met Don who was impressed with my transplant. Management was also very pleasant
PLEASE COME BACK TO CHATTANOOGA!!

Uncle Bud's had some of the best catfish I've ever had. Our waitress was great, too. Simple, down home atmosphere that is pefect for a great down home meal. My husband and I agreed we'd make an eight-hour roundtrip back to the area just to eat here again.

Uncle Bud"s is the quintessential down home southern cooking and hospitality benchmark! Fantastic catfish, frog legs and gator tails. The bottomless "fixins" are a WINNER!!!

The owner and staff work as a perfect team to ensure a real Tennessee food experience.

Tried to place a VERY LARGE order of Gatortail for a party. Wow twice the price of other place TWICE and I STILL would have bought from them, but they couldn't give e me any str8 answers on how much or help me in any way to figure put how much I needed for my guests. Asking APPROXIMATELY how many pieces that is in 4 or. Was apparently just WAY beyond their problem solving skills. Ridiculous unhelpful and obviously doesn't need your business.
