UP, Rooftop Table & Tavern

There was a view of part of the city from the windows (this is located on the 8th floor). There was live music which was nice, but it was so loud which made it difficult to hear unless you spoke directly into someone's ear. There were a number of things that were were not available from the menu (crossed out on the menus). The décor was modern and there is a patio for when the weather is contusive to outdoor dining. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant.

We made a reservation, it was confirmed, when arrived we were told restaurant was closed for private event . We were told to check other restaurants down the street. Ruined the evening.

We made a rsvp online, arrived to Fairfield Marriott where the Up Rooftop is located & the Receptionist said the Bar is closed! Online hours are posted incorrectly & Opentable should have not permitted me the choice of a 9:45pm rsvp. Our party of 4 had traveled 4.5 hours & to walk to UPs only to find out they were closed was frustrating.

Honestly a bit pricey but other than that it's a great place, view isn't all that great due to construction

Not sure why I was given a reservation when they were having a private party. Several attempts were made to contact the restaurant because the time I asked for and the reservation made through OpenTable was for a different time than I was asking for. My dinner party (all out of towners) showed up to a closed rooftop and music so loud we couldn't hear the hostess tell us that we could have a seat inside which had no view. Had a similar experience in Alpharetta,GA and will not return or recommend this franchise

We walked in and sat outside on the patio and waited 20 minutes. Went inside and asked for menus. Nobody ever came to serve us, but a server was serving everyone else. We asked if we could order food and was told it would be easier if we ordered at the bar but she could. We could tell we were an inconvenience. Food came, 2 chicken sandwiches and salmon. Food was awful. Salmon was very bland and dry, previously frozen for sure. Didn't even eat it. Brussel sprouts were gross. Both ketchup bottles they carried out to us were empty. Chicken sandwiches were missing half the toppings. We sat at a fire table and propane was out. Would never return. Oor service, disgusting food. Music was good though.

Very disappointed with our experience. Called 7 different times trying to figure out where the parking is but no one answered. We made a reservation to sit outside, but then found out there was a private event happening so we couldn’t sit outside and had to sit in a crammed table in the corner. Would’ve been helpful to be aware of the private event before making the reservation. We ordered nachos and were very disappointed as they tasted cheap. Definitely was not worth the $17. On top of all this, our waiter forgot our credit card after paying and another worker had to bring it to us. Overall very disappointed with our experience and will not be coming here again.

Was a surprising upbeat and fun atmosphere. There was great music over the speaker with a relaxed atmosphere. Service was poignant and personal. Will come back for sure.

Service was beyond amazing. The nachos were amazing & so were the Espresso Martinis. I’ll definitely be back.

Great rooftop bar. Took a little while to get drinks once it got busy for happy hour. Great happy hour prices.

I visited on a Friday night around 9:30 pm. I sat at the bar. I waited for 15 minutes. There were two bartenders. Neither one paid the least bit of attention to me.
I have no idea why I was totally ignored. It was not that busy. (According to google, "not too busy.")
Even a "hold on, we'll be with you in a moment" would have been nice. No one said a word to me. So I left.
No one should ever come here. Clearly they do not care about their customers -- not one bit.

Save your money do not go here, we waited 45 minutes for are food and everything was cold, they missed many things on are dishes and they were not even busy. The menu was not that big and they were out of many things including steak salmon and chicken. The waitress didn't even care after we explained are issues. We ending up just leaving after wasting over an hour of my time.

The rooftop is quite nice, but they were seriously understaffed (on a Wednesday evening). The bartender was very friendly but had to do double duty taking orders and serving food. The second bartender had never heard of Beefeater gin when I ordered a martini. The food was okay but nothing special, although the presentation was decent. Overall, not the worst but nothing I'd go back for either.
