UP hosted a beautiful event that was hosted by Stephanie. The place was catered to our organization, was very well organized, the staff was exceptional, and the drinks/food were great. Hannah welcomed everyone and the door with a smile, and Stephanie outdid herself during a speech to show support for our organization. Highly Recommend the Roof Top "UP."

My new favorite place! Went there for the first time tonight for my birthday. Everyone was super friendly there. Caroline waited on us and was so attentive, sweet and went the extra mile to make our visit so special! Spectacular views, so relaxing and the food was surprisingly good! We had yummy pulled pork nachos and they were so kind to bring me complimentary fried cheesecake also tasty. Free parking another added benefit! Thank you to Caroline and the wonderful staff!

We went twice while staying at the hotel and neither of the times we were there would they allow us to order a cocktail. We could order beer or wine possibly a shot. Who runs a so called "Tavern where you can't even order a drink" 0 out of 5 if possible. Why even bother?

The staff at UP went above and beyond!! We planned on celebrating New Year's Eve on the rooftop, knowing the cold weather coming they had igloo cabanas set up and it was amazing. Our party had an amazing time. The 2 hosts, the bartender and our server were spectacular!! Thank you guys, we will definitely be back!
We rented out the rooftop and bar for our staff winter party and everything was amazing! The space was beautiful, the food was great, and the staff was incredible! Our team had a great time and some of our longest standing employees said it was the best staff party yet! Thank you to the whole team for an overall amazing experience!

We were really looking forward to our reservations at this place. Fair warning, it is in a hotel and the parking is self parking and it’s $36. We did get seated early which we were appreciative of, but we were told to choose our seat at a fireplace table. My friend pulled out her chair and it was sopping wet with water. Completely soaked her outfit. After that, we asked if the table fireplace could be set on. We were told that “No, we can’t do that, sorry!” They were obviously embarrassed that we sat in puddles. We moved tables because, no, and we got drinks and an app ordered. The drinks were hit and miss, mine tasted like NyQuil but others liked theirs. Our app never came before our main course was served. Our server never wrote our order down? I would assume because she did not write this down? It had been over 40 minutes of being seated and no app, no food. Food was finally served. Two people in out party ordered the Mac and cheese burger. One burger was honestly inedible and broken into small pieces, kind of like a crushed up meatball. It was honestly sad for $16. My Mac and cheese Skillet was supposed to be flavorful and have pickles, it was bland, cold, grease covered, and had no pickles. We maybe had one follow up visit from our waitress the entire stay, and that was her realizing that our app never came. When app arrived, it was ice cold, and microwaves? Microwaved Nachos is honestly criminal. Nothing was comped, nothing was offered, this was just a very sour experience.Our waitress also said “If you want to leave a tip, you should leave cash because if you leave it on your card, I don’t get any of it, only the kitchen gets it”. Well, I’m glad I left cash because the kitchen didn’t deserve anything with what we have been dealing with. Two of us have food poisoning and are very sick to our stomach. This was a very negative experience and we were really disappointed that this ruined our Friday night downtown NVL plans, my birthday, and morning after.

This rooftop bar is at Fairfield Marriot on Division St in Nashville. The service was top notch, we had a great waitress & all of the staff was incredibly friendly & service oriented.Most of their food & drinks were good. The carnitas were definitely the best thing I had, I ended up going back the next day and getting them again. We also tried the old fashioned (no bacon, still excellent), the Cosmo, LIT, steak frites (a little disappointing) and the fried cheesecake (super yummy).The rooftop area was nice - they had games, heaters, couches, and high tops. The view wasn't the best since there was a lot of buildings and construction, but overall the music was good and the vibe was chill. The great service is ultimately the thing that'd make me go back again.

Beautiful views awesome customer service wonderful atmosphere good vibes terrific drinks but... food was not great. Had the Mac n cheese burger w/ fries and the burger taste like I was eating charcoal. I didn't finished the burger that I ordered medium well. Fries were delicious and my giant pretzel was delicious as well. Had a great time but they need a new cook.
