We have been visiting this location for years. The service declined a bit after staff turnover about six months to a year ago, but the new management and staff since then at the Nashville location are even better than ever. Very happy to experience this because we love the menu and food and are excited to be back as regulars again!

HIGHLY recommend! Food is all natural and deliciously fresh. My family and I love it here! We have a lot of allergies too, including gluten-free and other dietary restrictions, and they are incredibly accommodating here.

Had lunch with my friend today. It was a bit busy with to go orders, but our food came out quickly. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with cheddar pasta. The chicken was so tender! The two girls that were working were super friendly and offered us to go drinks! We will definitely be back.

I’ve been a customer at Urban Cookhouse for years, and I can’t say enough good things about this place! The food is consistently amazing—always fresh and full of flavor. What really sets Urban Cookhouse apart, though, is the owner. She truly cares about her customers and goes out of her way to ensure everyone has a great experience. After speaking with her personally, I was even more impressed by her kindness and dedication. I will definitely be going back again and again

The food was delicious! I got the shrimp skewers with grilled zucchini and squash over a bed of rice and a side salad! The atmosphere and company made for a great evening! We talked with the staff, who shared lots of Nashville tips with us! She even shared the recent events that happened after Vanderbilt won against Alabama! We finished with a relaxing sit on their deck and people watching! A lot of cute doggies in Nashville too! 🥰 We are now headed to Duck Blind to see some Nashville live music! 😍

Love the Berry Salad at Urban Cookhouse but don't understand their seemingly random business hours. Website says open until 8:30 pm on weekdays but I've tried ordering takeout several times before 6 pm and they have been closed?!

Alabama locations blow this place away. We visited a couple of them in Bham and were excited to learn of one in our hometown of Nashville. Food here was good, but the pricing was ridiculous- $38 for 2 salads? And the person who took our order (only 2 tables were being served at the time near 11:45am on a Mon) was so involved with other staff that we barely had her attention enough to order. Also not used to the honey rolls not being served with the salads. A Nashville thing? Or an oversight? I’m guessing an oversight. Anyway, based on the Bham experience, I hope a return to this location will be better in the future.

It was OK, it had just opened and there were dirty tables inside and the lady with the knee brace at the register was rude and not very friendly. Probably won't be back.
