Not bad food, but made my dining partner and myself sick the next day. $1 for chips and salsa refill seems kind of stingy. Salsa was pretty good, so were the fresh chips. Margaritas are weak but yummy. Some stuff definitely seemed overpriced for location and what was served.

We sort of stumbled into this last year- right at the beginning of the covid decline. The outside is non descript, with a sad, little, dirty patio. You can always get seated quickly inside though, they have lots of booths. Decor- typical mexican restaurant tacky- but who cares? The menu is vast, the food is generous and outstanding. Sometimes you find the best meals in the most hidden places. We can eat for under $25.00 with drinks and an appetizer. Awesome. They don't skimp on meat, the chips are fresh and bottomless (which can be bad!!). Also- just to note- it is quiet. No blaring mariachi or tuba music, or worse, live music- like you get some places. If you don't need fancy- its a great date place. We will be back.

Food was flavorless! Don't order a skinny margarita and think you will get one... it was all sour mix! We couldn't even drink it and they wouldn't take it off the bill. The bartender just argued with the server saying she made a skinny margarita when she clearly made a regular margarita.

We've been going here for a decade or so & it's only gotten better. The salsa with fresh cilantro is almost drinkable. Large variety of menu options. The fajitas are so good & fresh. Shrimp enchiladas are my favorite. Beans delicious with no hint of lard! Fabulous friendly staff. Excellent drink menu. Clean & pleasant atmosphere.
