Tacos were mediocre, counter service at the food hall was horrible. The young kid cared less about serving you and was more interested being on his phone and you felt like you were bothering him ordering food. Please remind him that he is customer facing and needs to be nicer not problemed by somebody ordering food. Would not go back!!

The service was great, the food was even better. I got the chimichurri steak taco and elote dip. Both amazing. My partner got the chicken and waffle taco. They have a lot of interesting options and it was only like $25 for us to have lunch which is a steal all things considered.

Great tacos, awful staff. Flat out embarrassing incident. Ordered tacos and a drink. My girlfriend sat at my table and while I went to grab my order, she noticed there was trash sitting at the table and threw it away and thought the empty cup I had bought was part of the trash left there. I then explained to the cashier that the empty cup we BOUGHT was accidentally thrown away and asked if I could get another one. She then very rudely told me several times she wouldn’t give me a new cup because “we threw it away” and it “wasn’t her fault.” She then blatantly LIED and said she saw me walking the cup over to the machine to get a drink even though after I got the cup I was sitting at the table directly beside the restaurant and pulled out my phone until my order was ready for pickup minutes later. After overhearing the conversation, my girlfriend chimed in and said she threw the empty cup away on accident as she thought it was left by the people before us. Absurd behavior after I spent $40 on tacos and a drink. I couldn’t image treating a customer like that, especially over a $3 paper cup. Tacos were great but the cashier was a joke. I know help is hard to find but that is flat out embarrassing. Your employees reflect the business and that’s enough for me to not support this place again. I will be taking my business elsewhere when eating at Fifth & Broadway. Incident happened around 10pm on Oct 26. Don’t know the girl’s (cashier) name.

We ordered the Spicy Tikka and chimichurri tacos. The beef was very tough and not very good. The spicy chicken was cold like they just took it out of the fridge. Overall underwhelming.

The only other place I have eaten tacos that are this good was in the Virgin Islands. I got the Korean taco and it blew my mind. Everything we ordered was perfect and I will definitely be making a trip back just for this place!!!

We had the Mexi-Cali Shrimp Taco and the Nashville Hot Tofu Taco - both were delicious with the perfect amount of heat. Fresh ingredients, chill atmosphere, creative and tasty combinations/options, great music, indoor and outdoor seating, would definitely eat here again and recommend to friends and family.

Good food, did get my order slightly wrong, but with how busy it was, I didn't want to interrupt. I was missing the dipping portion of my birria tacos. The corn dip with chips was my favorite part of it. The red velvet was ok but kinda soggy and missing the drizzle like it said on the menu. Also, online menu (we look at menus before going places) offers a number 11, but when arriving there, it wasn't on the menu.
