Hanna’s service was friendly, quick, and beyond. I had a glass of wine and the charcuterie board which she happily let me order to my diet restrictions. If I’m ever at BNA again I’ll be coming back!

I wish there was a 100-star option for customer service. I came in feeling the weight of a crappy and unfortunate situation. Michelle, the manager, was so empathetic to my vibe. Hannah, the mixologist, was so friendly, unpretentious, and just kind. Then Jamel, the Jamaican, topped it off with his honest problem solving savvy, that satisfied my cravings. It felt like dining with family. Love you guys for going above and beyond... My only recommendation is to remove the pulled...

Nahom is AWESOME!! Yall better pay this man well and keep him forever! He's so friendly and personable. He manages everybody as they come and go with such a smooth, confident flow - refilling drinks, tabbing out, and all with a smile and sense of humor. THIS MAN made my 5 hour layover BETTER!
