Vui's Kitchen at Hunter's Station is nothing short of a culinary gem. As a Texan, I've experienced my fair share of flavors, making it a challenge to find a truly exceptional bánh mì spot, but I can hardly believe my luck in discovering this place. A heartfelt thank you to the dedicated team working there—you all are doing an outstanding job!
Each bite of their food transports me to flavor heaven. I always order the steak bánh mì, complemented by a trio of bao buns—steak, pork, and chicken. I can only exclaim: wow! The exquisite flavor profiles are simply extraordinary! The steak is flawlessly tender and bursting with juiciness, the pork melts in your mouth, and the chicken is an absolute revelation. There’s truly nothing negative to say about this delightful eatery.
I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience. I've indulged in their food time and time again, and I have no plans to stop. Once again, thank you to the incredible staff for creating such a memorable experience!

I ordered the noodle bowl with pork. To this place, pork means fried pork fat. Well over 50% of the meat was pure fat. The rest was okay, but I will never go there again. Gross.

I’d give 5,000 stars if I could . Absolutely mind blowing this gem is in a food hall of all places in Nashville … Really fresh tasting . I appreciated the mini pho bowl and many vegan options . You must try the coconut dessert. The edamame
dumplings are delicious and something I will forever crave .

Order on Uber Eats. Although It was full of flavor, the portion of noodles and vegetables was very small for the full size compared to other Pho places I’ve been to or ordered from, and there was significantly less beef portion than other Pho places especially at this price point. Likely won’t order from this location again.

They were flamed grilled I think - a little crispy and the meat was so tender. A sweet chili sauce but it’s homemade and not sticky and thick and sugary, almost closer to a marinade consistency. With lime, scallions, and sesame seeds. Texture and taste both were 10/10. Some of the best wings I’ve ever had being from a Vietnamese restaurant is super unexpected but I’m here for it.

Vui's Kitchen is a gem! The staff at the East Nashville location are always so kind and welcoming. Their food is delightfully fresh and full of flavor! I love their Salad Bowls and Bahm Mi sandwiches alike.
