“Fast, consistent service for me going and coming to Nashville airport. Did a red eye flight got good service flying in from SF. Got good friendly service coming back before dropping my rental car off. Plus that there is an adjacent gas station. Did not have to wait long and appreciated having considerate human interaction with the staff. Thank you!“

I was pleasantly graced with the energy and demeanor of what can only be a Michelin star worthy server named Ross. The kitchen could be on fire with Chef Ramsey losing his top and other servers crying and Ross still be calmly, carefully, and crisply serving food and drying silverware. If I were a Michelin star service recruiter I would scoop up Ross. Thank you for your kindness, respect and energy. I needed it today. Life is beautiful - and people like you make it so“
“It is a different waffle house, the manager is putting together a great team, all the girls are very friendly and you can tell they are enjoying what they do. The place is always very clean, both the living room and the kitchen.
Only one day they were doing repairs and there was too much noise, terrible.“

“My friends and I have been coming here almost every weekend for the past few weeks. No matter how busy they are, the workers provide the kindest service. They helped my friends and I out when we didn’t have enough money for the jukebox, and they checked up on us constantly. You can tell they all really love being here and serving. “Ever since my last review the crew has changed several times. I have stopped here twice within the last month. Same server both times. It's take out only. I place my order and wait in my truck. I don't know, but this server both times seemed to forget my order and serve several people who showed up after me. I've had to remind her both times I was still waiting. A light bulb goes off and she gets my food. Both times I've had to eat cold food. If you stop here during the graveyard shift you better stay on top of the server or you'll end up being bumped to the end of the line and eating cold food.“

“This is by far one of the best Waffle House experiences I’ve had.The manager was so impressive, which I believe, reflects greatly on the staff and customers. Our server was very nice and competent…This manager was kind, friendly, and accommodating to the customers in his restaurant. As we were leaving, I watched as he was personally escorting an elderly woman to her car!I don’t know this gentleman’s name but he “gets it “!The food was typical Waffle House fare…I love their hash browns!!“
“Stopped here with 15 coworkers to grab breakfast before a long day of meetings. Snoop, Kenzie and the rest of the staff were very polite and attentive. Food came out fast and orders were correct. They checked up on us frequently and took care of all of our needs. A+ service and presentation. If you like Waffle House as much as I do, I recommend eating here. It's a prime example of WH brand standards being upheld.

“It's always fairly crowded and arouses my anxiety. So, I place my order to go. Then simply wait in my car. It works out very well for me. I'm addicted to Waffle House. But they never disappoint getting me my fix. Thanks to all the hard work and b.s. you guys have to deal with. So, please tip them well. Not 10% 👎. At least 15-20% 👍! Remember. They're preparing and handling your food.“
“Came to the Waffle House after Cracker Barrel was short staffed and didn't have enough waiters/waitresses to serve it's customers. Upon entering the restaurant the atmosphere was clean. There was only one other family in the restaurant. I sat at the counter. I was waited on as soon as I entered. I ordered the All star with sausage and grits. The grits weren't the best. I couldn't eat them because they had a bad smell and taste. Outside of the grits everything else was good.“

“The service here was great! The waitresses were very nice. I sat in and ate my breakfast while I worked on my homework. The staff continued to check on me ensuring that I was ok even when my meal was finished. Thanks to the staff and the manager as well for the experience.“
“The waitress I had was amazing really sweet but I asked her to tell the cook not to brown the hash browns to just basically warm them up I don't have any teeth so if you burn them or brown them then I can't eat half of them that's a waste of money I ended up having to have it box to leave and then get to check it and of course like at every single waffle House I go to doesn't matter what state it's in the hash browns were burnt I don't know what it is if they teach you how to do that or you just think they're not as important as the rest of the food I worked at waffle House I was a cook I did the meat along with every other job there it's not that hard especially when I was the only person ordering the food because it was that slow so waffle House company if you are listening to this can you please teach your cooks how to cook food for people that don't like things not I got scrambled eggs too The whole point of scrambling them is to mix the yellow and the light so you can't taste the yellow I didn't want half cooked eggs I wanted scrambled“
“The best Waffle House ever! My husband and I stopped in cause I was craving a waffle all day. We were greeted and entertained by Steve and Bhushan. These two guys are so funny and nice. To make it even better, they made our meal so much fun! We will be back for the food but mainly to see these two awesome guys!“
