Every time we come south we visit the Waffle House. We were late night eaters this time after the Opry. We got a wonderful waitress named Kelsey. She was better than the grits and those were the best we ever had. What a great late night breakfast meal we enjoyed here. It was such a great experience on every level. Can't wait to come to this one again. Yummy

The food was good - I love a peanut butter waffle and some dressed up hashbrowns for a late night treat! The poor waitress was there serving all the tables on her own and was definitely not able to do all of it. The tables were not clean and the place settings were gross. We were treated well and appre iated the hard work she was doing, but overall the dining experience was definitely lacking.

Overall, it was a good experience. Driving up seeing the people who serve/cook for you outside smoking is a put off especially when they don't wash their hands before going back to doing their jobs. There were some louder, inappropriate customers in the store, but that's not a knock on Waffle House. The meal was great and the server friendly. We tipped her well. We love Waffle House.

I always enjoy this location. Today was not common so I'm not going to hold it against them. The server was younger and just enjoyed talking to the cook more. Normally, the service is amazing.
Had a great time at Opry Mills waffle House you know it just kind of had those little things that waffle House have. Can you dig it.

It was our first time being at the waffle house. We will definitely be back. The young gentleman Jackson was absolutely great!! The hospitality was way above average and everyone was friendly. The food was delicious and our first time trying grits. A huge thank you to Jackson for making our first time a great one!!

At two in the morning, my wife and I entered Waffle House. Dishes littered the bar and other tables, leaving only two occupied tables with patrons seated at them. Every table was unclean! After clearing the plates off the table and taking a seat at one of the unkempt tables, we waited for the waitress. After taking our order and apologizing for all the unclean tables and their hectic schedule, she arrived after around five minutes. The food arrived after roughly ten minutes, and it was tasty. Simple, delicious Waffle House at two in the morning!
